Operation Rescue Russia and a big "F.U." to Eurangloland The Princes of Power are doing their best to disparage Russia's ban of Western food imports. But it is a stroke of genius that will strengthen BRICS and NAM.

The American Dream, the Chinese Version and Everybody Else America's gluttonous consumption spells doom for humanity's future. The Chinese Dream is trying just as hard. But it's the world's bottom half we forget.

Cuba for the Misinformed: Facts from the Forbidden Island - A Book Review Cuba for the Misinformed is a huge, interactive scrapbook, something I can fancy seeing on Tom Cruise's transparent, illuminated, Minority Report TV screens, whipping, moving and arranging all the information with a flick of the wrist, in the shadows of a darkened, magical library. Much like an encyclopedia, Cuba is broken down by chapters according to subject or topic: History, Revolution, Relations with the US, etc.

The Real Local Poop on China's Plenums It has been amusing to peruse all the Western lamestream media blather about Baba Beijing (the Chinese leadership) and its much ballyhooed Third Plenum meeting the weekend of November 9th. This is a Lennie Small (the mentally retarded giant in Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men), gin rummy interpretation of an ancient system the West just does not fathom, nor wants to even begin trying to understand. At its peril.

The West's Russell Brand vs. Sinoland's Rushe Wang: A Conversation in Commonalities and Key Contrasts Russell Brand caused quite a stir in the West with his recent call for a revolution to overthrow the current Western status quo. What would happen if a well-known Chinese person wanted to do the same thing? How would it be different? How would Baba Beijing, China's central government, behave differently than say, Washington or London?

The Way It Was Supposed to Be in 21st-Century America vs. the Way It Really Is Across the Big Pond East or West, corruption comes in many flavors. It's how the government in power deals with it and its responses to the citizens' demands to do something about it. Many Americans who voted for Obama thought that he would clean up Wall Street and Washington. They were only off by about 10,000 km across the Pacific Ocean.
