America has been caught in a trap. Just about the only way to restore Democracy and the Bill of Rights, along with Posse Comitatus, the recession of Presidential Directive 51 which authorizes the President to declare Martial Law in the event of a national Emergency, or to rescind The Patriot Act, or the expanded eavesdropping campaign by the Federal Government, is through an economic meltdown. This would force the Neo-Cons hand and have this President call for Emergency Powers and would end in martial law.

At no time in out nation’s history has our own Federal Government threatened us as much as we are being threatened right now. At no time in the history of our nation, has America had such a scheming group of right wing fascists that have had as much power as the Bush Administration does now. We have never had such extraordinary power placed in the hands of one man.

Congress does nothing. They have not exercised their Congressional Oversight duties as called for in the Constitution. Headlines in newspapers call for an impending attack on the U.S. by “terrorists”. Most of these stories center in Washington DC or Oregon. Is this the means that the Project for a New American Century and their allies going to implement martial law so that this administration can continue its quest for control of The Middle East by waging war against Iran?

We also have heard other stories that Bush and his henchmen have a driving desire to also war with Russia and China, and make Bush “President for Life of the World”. http://infowars.com/articles/ps/dictatorship_neocons_make_bush_dictator_of_the_world.htm
Who knows if this is true? What I want to know is why the Congressmen that requested to see the classified details of PDD 51 been refused? These lawmakers have security clearances. There is absolutely no ethical reason that they should not see what Bush has planned in the event of a “civil emergency” which, by the way, has been described as civil unrest or civil insurrection. Why would Americans start a “civil insurrection” unless they believed that the United States has entered into a police state?

These are questions that we should be asking our representatives in Washington and screaming about to anyone that will listen. There are people that believe that Bush is nothing but a lame-duck President that will be gone soon. On that note, I’m not so sure. I don’t trust him to leave, but that is only my opinion. But this is not just about Bush. No matter who replaces him, our rights have been trampled. Getting rid of Bush would be nice, but the person that takes his place, and none of the current front-runners seem to want these rights we used to have reestablished, would have the same powers

I truly don’t believe that suddenly all Muslims decided to declare War against the United States all at once. I don’t believe that these terror threats exist to the extent that this government says they exist. I believe that Bush is scapegoating Muslims in the same way that Hitler scapegoated the Jews. I believe that most of this has been contrived to invade Iraq and eventually Iran. I believe that most Americans believe it too. I’m tired of hearing how afraid we should be of the Muslims in the Middle East. Since I have been born, I had never heard of a Muslim uprising against the world until I was 52 years old. Now it is on the lips of everyone in this world.
