Psychology can save your life. At least it can help save you from profiteering pundits, politicians and preachers with predatory personality disorders who manipulate you to get what they want. To illustrate my point, I'm going to list thirty behavioral traits prompted by one polemical predator in particular. However, these traits extend far beyond any one person. Even so, you will most likely quickly figure out the very well known pundit who:
seduces with appearance and movements to draw attention away from the issue at hand
trips emotionally and holds others responsible
expresses outrageous statements demanding strong emotions to be all the proof neededabuses, insults and name calls
has to be the center of attention or else
dramatizes, excites and flirts
stirs things up to make something happen
could give a damn about what anybody else thinks or feels
hair-trigger frustration tolerance frequently boiling over
shows no signs of shame
blames others while excusing self
brags
acts more beautiful and intelligent than others
believes self superior to mere mortals
acts like a spoilt-brat wanting immediate gratification
