America has always been the land of the free and the home of the brave, composed of vast expanses of countryside, herds of bison and pronghorns, economic expansion, and freedom of will and destiny from birth until death.  But alas, this country that we were taught to value above all others and pridefully defend as the one true beacon of righteousness on a planet full of greed, small-mindedness and intolerance does not actually exist.  If it were not for the television programming, we all, as a country, would already realize this. But as it is, we collectively await our fall, in love with the vision of ourselves, but oblivious to the ominous curtain closing on our American stage.

We’ve been arguing about women’s rights and homosexuality and gun laws, while the system has been pilfering our freedoms, one by one.  Extremely wealthy and powerful, un-elected entities have been deciding who our representatives will be and how they will vote on an agenda decided out of public sight for so long now, that we’ve come to accept it as normal.  Each year, thousands of new laws are passed.  All of them cost the American citizen two things; money and freedom.

Unfortunately, there are needed laws.  Unfortunately, people murder, rape and steal, and corporations pollute, murder, rape and steal and so, we must have laws to deal with these abhorrent behaviors.  However, what is the justification for the other thousands of laws added in every state House, in every city and county, and nationally each session?  Behind the scenes some group is spending enormous amounts of money to buy legislation in order to make much more money or attain control over something that will provide power.  The legislation will be funded by the people and the restrictions will be handed down to the people.

Now, forget about that sorry world of the present for a moment and imagine with me, a country that is free.  Imagine if you were not forced to buy insurance on your car, your house and your health.  Imagine you were not forced to pay the government the un-constitutional tax on your labor.  Imagine after you bought your solar car, you operated it basically free.  Imagine after you bought the solar cell system to power your house, your cost for power was $0.00.  Imagine after installing your water reclamation and filtering system, you were self reliant.  Imagine, you could grow indoor protein to supplement your food supply and your only real costs were additional food, a hookup for your communications’ system and property and sales taxes for the direct purpose of maintaining the systemic connections of roads and a non-militarized police.

Now imagine also, that your children’s education was paid for through college, as the state college system was set up to run.  Imagine we had a strong, efficient military that functioned solely to defend the US from foreign attack.  Imagine that the borders were secure and the immigration policy reflected only a replacement value or tiny increase in population every year.  Imagine if our imports matched our exports and American corporations hired Americans.  Imagine, when you voted in a publicly funded election for the citizen of your choice, your vote was cast on paper and could be recounted by citizens.  Imagine those citizens served limited terms and served the citizenry and no other entity.  Imagine the people’s airwaves being returned to them, where information is actually disseminated and therefore, an informed public is the norm.

Now, imagine all of the police state, social engineering, privacy stealing, corporate legislation that make up the net of slavery that encompasses us, is removed by free citizens who stand up to a tyrannical government, posing as our representation, and simply say, ‘Enough’!  No more laws to curb our innate freedoms that are clearly guaranteed in the Constitution.  No more laws against free speech, whether it be profanity, pornography, racism or simply unpopular ideas.  No more laws against human nature.  No more laws against women or homosexuals or gun owners or religious worship.  No more drug laws and private prison corporations with a built in need for growth.  No RFID chips in our animals, children or on any person.  Realize, that this is the plan, unless we the people, stop it.  No more toll roads, coal plants, mandated injections, camera surveillance, monetary surveillance, phone surveillance, internet surveillance and being held and tortured without charges or representation.

This then, would be a country, free.  Imagine how rich every man and woman would be in such a country.  We are currently the most taxed, most incarcerated, least informed and most indebted nation in the history of the planet.  Our infrastructure is being completely sold off to foreign interests and we are one natural or man-made disaster away from martial law and complete bankruptcy.  The relatively small group of people who have been manipulating our destiny are still at the helm and it is now time for America to collectively awaken from the dream of America and stand as Americans to save the reality, while there is still time.  Imagine a country, free and then act to make it so!

http://www.downsizedc.org/  I encourage everyone to get involved with this movement.  It will not cure every ill, but simply making representatives read and write the bills that they expect us to pay for and adhere to, would go a long way toward restoring sanity and democracy to the process.

http://prisonplanet.com/articles/january2007/290107rockefellergoal.htm  Aaron Russo is interviewed by Alex Jones.  Nicholas Rockefeller tries to recruit Russo into the Council on Foreign Relations and tells him a full 11 months before 9/11 that a big event will happen and we’ll be looking in caves in Afghanistan and invading Iraq.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ir4tLzg9gp0  Cheney (former Director) speaks to the CFR and Rockefeller and chuckles as he admits that he wouldn’t tell the people who voted for him this fact.

http://cannonfire.blogspot.com/2006/11/you-must-hear-this.html   JFK 5 minute speech with power point.  A powerful warning from JFK about the forces that control the government, secrecy and subversion of democracy.  The power point and the site will probably rankle you if you’re part of the 30% that supports this administration, but it is well done, none the less.  However, more importantly, listen to the man’s words—we all know what befell him shortly thereafter.
