Fair enough. Even though the media is owned by huge corporations, there are honest, crackerjack journalists out there who will dig and fight in order to expose, the real story.

Rather than listing the hundreds of lies, omissions, distortions, 'coincidences' and physical impossibilities that make up the official narrative of the events of 9/11, facts that my good friend refuses to even look at, because he saw the planes hit the towers with his own eyes and knows what happened, I'd like to take a look at the mainstream media instead. Since a lie encompasses omissions and distortions, as well as the simple act of not telling the truth, I'm wondering what else the mainstream media is lying about to the American people.
Depleted Uranium-The US military used depleted uranium munitions in Gulf War 1, Bosnia, Gulf War 2 and, through sales and gifts to Israel, in Lebanon. Our soldiers are being poisoned, disabled and eventually murdered by our own government. In addition, the regions of the world where D.U. is dispersed are basically poisoned forever. This includes the food, the water, the soil and the genetics of all species of life, forever!
Impending Collapse of the Petrol Dollar-When Iran and Russia and Venezuela start selling their oil for Euros instead of dollars, the dollar will become virtually worthless and the U.S. economy will crash. The US is the largest debtor nation in the world and yet, the media claims we're the most powerful economy on the planet.
C.F.R.-The Council on Foreign Relations dictates domestic and foreign policy for the U.S. and the C.F.R. provides the U.S. voters with a choice of C.F.R. Bush or C.F.R. Kerry. I believe Barry Goldwater was the only major party candidate for president since the 40's that was not a member. This club of elitists has unlimited power over our lives.
The Federal Reserve Bank-Created by the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, this traitorous Act gave a private cabal of the most powerful bankers, the job of printing our money supply, loaning it to the government and then charging an interest rate for repayment of this loan. Before 1913, the U.S. government printed the dollar and it was worth a dollar-now it is worth 4 cents!
The IRS-The Internal Revenue Service was created to collect an unconstitutional garnishment of a tax on our labor, in order to pay the interest on the Federal Reserve 'loan' to the US government. Quite simply, income is defined in the Constitution as earnings from investments, from employment overseas and from employment by the federal government. Further more, Supreme Court rulings have codified and upheld the principle that labor is not taxable. Our representatives know this, our judges know this and I suspect quite a few journalists, editors and media moguls know this as well. This is a fraud on a massive scale and yet, I still haven't seen a story on this. CIA-ISI-Al Qaeda---The CIA funds the Pakistani ISI which in turn funds the group (given its name by US intelligence by the way) Al Qaeda.

I believe that is the implication the press left us with, before they completely forgot the story.
The War Time President-Only Congress can declare war. Congress has not declared war on Afghanistan, Iraq or 'terror', therefore, we are not at war. Therefore, George Bush is not a war time president. He is however, a warring president, who illegally starts wars, murders civilians and divides foreign countries as he divides the US.
FEMA Camps and Chertoff-Halliburton is building FEMA camps in the US, complete with razor wire and guard towers. Department of Homeland Security chief, Michael Chertoff, who has complete control over FEMA, maintains dual citizenship with Israel and is, in fact, the son of a Mossad agent. AIPAC-The most powerful lobby in D.C. is the American Israeli PAC. New members of Congress learn this immediately after the election. If you play the game you will be rewarded with money, re-election and powerful seats and chairs. How many stories do you recall seeing or reading about this obscene obstructive influence over the will of our elected representatives?
The Telecommunications Lobby-The second most powerful lobby in D.C. is the telecommunications lobby. Not only does this lobby represent a politicians' access to publicity, but this lobby's economic might actually funds the political machines. President Clinton signed the Telecommunications Act that enabled the biggest fish to swallow all of the smaller fish and left us with just a few, gigantic multinational corporations providing all of the programming on the people's airwaves. Thanks to President Reagan's decapitation of the Fairness Doctrine, money is the only access for a political candidate to the people's airwaves. Integrity of Elections-The fairness and accuracy of the election system is never called into question on corporate TV, radio or print. With the exception of Lou Dobbs and Rolling Stone (only because RFK Jr. provided the research and authorship), you cannot find a challenge to this completely manipulated system. Through the HAVA (Help America Vote Act), jammed through by Abramoff partners such as convicted felon, congressman Bob Ney, billions of federal money was supplied to states for the purchase of electronic voting machines. These machines use secretive software that is easily hacked and they are not required to leave a paper trail. There is no way to actually check the count. We won't even go into voter suppression and illegal redistricting schemes, both of which are slaps in the face of democracy. Exit Polls-In the modern age, the media has always provided exit polls, which are incredibly accurate predictors of actual election returns. However, in 2004, although Kerry was leading in Ohio (and 11 other key states) all day long, when the final returns came in, Bush had won. The media could not explain this of course, so now instead of providing the information, the polls are held until after the returns are in. These polls can now be manipulated to reflect the actual result. The funny thing is that they were always accurate, until electronic machines started counting our votes. Once again, I guess I can understand why the mainstream media hasn't covered this story.
Press for Truth-The families of the victims of the 9/11 tragedy demanded an investigation and finally, after 14 months, the President allowed a handpicked commission to investigate. The families estimate that 30% of their questions were answered by the 9/11 Commission Report. This is an outrage to be sure. Rumsfeld's Disease-Donald Rumsfeld worked for years, intimidated the FDA and stated that he didn't care how many people died, he wanted aspartame cleared to enter our food supply. We now have Rumsfeld's disease from this poison. The US Department of Health and Human Services lists over 90 reported symptoms associated with ingestion of this poison. Among these are memory loss, seizures, heart rate changes, numbness, breathing difficulties, fatigue and neurological maladies.
Trillions Missing from the Pentagon-On September 10, 2001, Donald Rumsfeld announced that 2.3 TRILLION dollars were missing from the Pentagon. We all know what happened on September 11 of that year and so, that story was sidelined. The war in Iraq has cost somewhere around the mind numbing amount of 350 billion dollars. The missing money figure at the Pentagon has now reached somewhere around 4 TRILLION dollars! This is astounding and I haven't seen journalist one tracking down this story.
Massive Protests and Boos become Cheers-During Bush's inaugural parade, people were booing and holding signs all along the route, voicing their disgust at the stolen 2000 election (since that time, our government has imposed, entirely un-constitutional, free speech zones to insulate the President). In the run up to the illegal and immoral invasion of Iraq, there were massive protests in cities all over the US. There have been 2 World Can't Wait, organized protests of citizens in cities throughout the country. The mainstream media completely censored this outcry. When George H.W. Bush threw out the first pitch to start the baseball season, there was loud booing in the stadium and the broadcasters covered it up. Once again, in New Orleans, as the Saints made their triumphant return to the Superdome, loud booing accompanied George H.W. Bush as he made the coin flip and ESPN clicked onto audio of cheers for the TV audience. This is called programming.

No doubts, Matt. We out here recognise this, too. Excise all those who cripple our means of information. But don't stop there. Why "ET" is "Above Top Secret"
The mainstream media has been fooling many folks about many things for a very long time. For instance: The Columbia space shuttle placed 2 "Secret" military satellite packages into outer space. When the Columbia was re-entering our atmosphere, a space based surveillance satellite detected something coming in from deep space. At that moment a flash was photographed on the wing of the Columbia. The recent shuttle was buzzed by some unknown craft for several days before returning. The shuttle crew had planned to install one more satellite into outer space. After viewing these lights, the shuttle crew wisely chose not to deploy the last satellite that was in the cargo bay. The "ET" allowed them to land with no ill effects. Our world is largely in the grip of certain types of people. The type of people who have the grip on the human race are are in their behavior patterns basically; genocidal cannibals. The most aggressive behaviors dominate the species. Nuclear weapons have provided our cannibals the method to consummate their desires, of exterminating us all. Some view this in the "Right" and "Wrong" ethical mould. A more direct way could be to view it merely as "Animal primitivism." The "ET" have dominated our nuclear war fighting elite for the last 60 years. Our nuclear warfighting elite are in full awareness of these higher level powers, and with the help of the Mainstream media, doing all that they can to continue to fool the mass of the human race about what their true intents are. The true intents of our nuclear war fighting elite is something that is kept "Secret." The reason is; our nuclear armed genocidal cannibals decided long ago, in fact it was the grandparents of our current crop of nuclear war criminals, to immolate the human race. In total, except for themselves. They plan to sit it all out in the underground. Now, if for some reason the "Secret" of the facts surrounding the presence of these higher level powers becomes common knowledge; it could tend too shake the "Faith" of the people in the Political leadership. That is, if you all figure out that our nuclear war criminal elite have already pulled the nuclear "Trigger" on us, repeatedly, you may have a reaction of sorts to this news. "What Else" - Else (Elsebeth) Baumgartner
Here is the text of an e-mail that I sent to our new Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann concerning this woman. ----- Original Message ----- From: Angie To: info@dannforohio.com Sent: Thursday, November 09, 2006 5:25 PM Subject: Waste of Ohio Tax Dollars in Politically Motivated and Frivolous Prosecutions Dear Mr. Dann, Congratulations. I am so pleased that you won and believe that the people of Ohio will be well served by a person who has demonstrated a willingness to fight for open honest government and against corruption. As a working class citizen of Ohio, I am concerned about the way my tax dollars are spent in the prevention of crime and fraud. I work too hard to be tolerant of waste and fraud and feel that these elements have been pervasive during, at least, the last 10 years. About 4 1/2 years ago, I became aware of the legal troubles of Elsebeth Baumgartner. I read about her in the newspaper. Her case caught my attention because I had dealt with the court system in Butler County and there seem to be correlations between the things that were happening to her and things that happened in my case. I have observed this case closely and the current status is that after secret indictments, many arrests, many jailings, many court hearings involving visiting judges, special prosecutors, etc. this woman is facing 109 years in prison for sending critical e-mails to a visiting judge, Richard Markus, and asking him to follow the law. Her trial is set for Monday, November 13, 2006 in Cuyahoga Common Pleas, Judge Shirley Saffold presiding. There was a co-defendant in this case, Bryan Dubois who was also indicted along with Elsebeth. He has since taken an unrecorded plea deal and is in a diversion program. There has been a 4 county effort against this woman - Franklin County (as it pertains to the Ohio Supreme Court), Erie County, Ottawa County, and Cuyahoga County. As a taxpayer, I would like to know how much money has been spent on prosecuting and processing one citizen, Elsebeth Baumgartner, who has fought hard to expose the wrong doing. My guestimation is that it is many million$. I know that you will not take office until January, but I wanted to make you aware of this case and firmly believe that detailed audits of the expenditures and motives of the court system and law enforcement on this one case will reveal the real truth of waste, fraud, and cover up of criminal activity of the past administration, especially regarding the inherent flaws and corrupt nature of the visiting judge program and the awarding of special no-bid contracts. Elsebeth's case is being watched globally. This woman blew the whistle on pay to play in 2001 and has and is still suffering tremendously for it. Here are a few excerpts from the Baumgartner Chronology that was published by her website www.erievoices.com that has been shut down: June 15, 2001 Accompanied by Reverend Miller, Elsebeth Baumgartner travels to Washington DC to meet with federal agents in the office of Inspector General Glenn Fine. Special Agent Robert Bourbon and Connie Youngers assure Baumgartner that they will coordinate a massive probe of Ohio State Government and that they are aware of the huge corruption problem. Baumgartner urges them to concentrate on Defiance County Prosecutor Jeffrey Strausbaugh, Ottawa County Prosecutor Mark Mulligan, and Erie County Prosecutor Kevin Baxter as well as the State offices of Jim Petro, Betty Montgomery and Chief Justice Thomas Moyer. Baumgartner maintains that it appears that special prosecutor and visiting judge appointments are manipulated in order to ensure case outcomes and to prevent investigation into a wide range of fraudulent public contract schemes. (Just like Tim Hagan's lawsuit alleges) Baumgartner also complains about blocking of public corruption inquires by the FBI the US Attorney's office in Northern Ohio. Youngers and Bourbon explain that corruption in Ohio was a difficult problem with no recourse at the State level because the highest offices in the state were protecting each other. After leaving their office, Baumgartner and Miller also visit aides from the offices of Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur, Congressman Dennis Kucinich, and Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones. September 11, 2001 United States suffers worst terror attack ever on American soil. September 17, 2001 Letter from Washington DC dated 9-14-01 arrives at Baumgartner's residence from acting Interim head of Washington DC Public Integrity Office. The letter tersely explains that because of homeland security, their office will no longer be able to investigate claims of public corruption. I have attached an expanded Baumgartner Chronology that covers events up to August 2005. Elsebeth's husband, Joe Baumgartner, was a member of the Benton Carroll Salem School Board for 12 years. During that time, they identified $1.4M in illegal contracts of which they reported to Jim Petro, Auditor and Betty Montgomery, Attorney General and others. Petro did not audit the years identified by the Baumgartner's. Instead, the scope of his audits started the year after and did not include the years in question that the Baumgartner's had identified. In Butler County, Butler County Children's Services Board was audited on a Performance only basis as follows, shortly after the arrest in California of former Butler County foster parent and child molester, Stephan Billand. Butler County Children's Services was unable to pass funding levies at that time and this scandal was breaking nationally. The audit found that Butler County had removed 3X as many children as other peer counties. Phase I October 15, 1999 click here Phase II March 30, 2000 click here Based on my knowledge of the agency at the time, a deal was made with Petro that he would do a performance audit only to help the agency identify ways it could improve its public perception so that it could pass a levy. I think a money audit should have been done to expose the true scope of fraud and corruption that permeated the agency at that time. I believe that had that happened, there would have been such a public outcry that the agency would have been totally dismantled. The agency was misclassifying children on a mass scale to qualify for federal funding. To some degree that cause was taken on by Mike Fox, Butler County Commissioner, but so many times in government matters, systems that are broken are patched up with Band-Aids and good intentions that do not fully get the job done and another tragedy occurs and then the cycle begins again - Marcus Feisel. Audits are valuable tools and very revealing. I have high hopes that as the new Attorney General, you will not be tolerant of State officials who abuse their office and/or position. I hope that you will not ignore or allow the continued malicious prosecutions of whistleblowers who expose crimes of public officials and that you will work with Mary Taylor's office and the tools that she can provide to you to make changes for the good of Ohio and hold past wrong doers responsible for their actions. Your past actions give me real hope and I want to thank you for that. This is a very short summary of the information and knowledge that I base my opinions about the Ohio government in general. I have much more knowledge and documentation about these subjects, but I have tried to make it short. I know this is still lengthy, but I voted this year, in some cases, just for change, not party affiliations. Based on the election results, I have to believe that I am not the only person who feels the same way. I truly hope that the new Ohio Administration will act appropriately and lawfully in these matters so that Ohioans can prosper and have hope for the future, and more importantly, can have a sense of restored faith in their system of government. Since that time, Elsebeth Baumgartner accepted a global plea deal in Cuyahoga County with guarantees of an appeal bond so that she can move her cases to a higher court and hopefully get some semblance of her life back. She has been incarcerated many times over the past 4 years including last Christmas. On Tuesday, November 28, 2006, Elsebeth has a sentencing hearing in Ottawa County Court. She was found guilty of 27 counts of contempt of court on October 31, 2006 by visiting Judge David Faulkner for allegedly sending critical e-mails to visiting Judge Richard Markus that asked him to follow the law. Elsebeth was denied a jury trial and an attorney at the trial which occurred 7 months ago. The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported in this article dated November 16, 2006 click here "Markus said Wednesday that Baumgartner didn't intimidate him. But he compared intimidating a judge to bribing one: All that matters is the attempt". What has happened to this woman should concern every American citizen. Her website www.erievoices.com was shut down because it published the truth about what had happened to her with supporting evidence and documentation. Erie Voices was also effective because the local papers reported biased information about Elsebeth and she was able to rebutt and correct the misinformation on a live daily basis. The State of Ohio is trying to contain Pay to Play to mainly one man - Tom Noe (a non lawyer). The truth is that Pay to Play (including biotech contracts) was reported by Elsebeth Baumgartner to the USDOJ in the summer of 2001 and her life has been a living hell ever since. The entire Ohio State government including the Judicial branch operates this way. Cases are fixed by special prosecutor appointments and visiting judges and financially lucrative state contracts are steered to the participants as the reward. Insurance companies and businesses are protected. Public officials and attorneys that have been exposed receive light sentences. In return, the public officials can expect huge campaign donations and support at election time. The system is closed and justice is denied to ordinary citizens who have been wronged by a state or government agent. The entire operation is funded by Ohio taxpayer money – public money. I can only speak for Ohio but I suspect this same thing is going on at some level all over America. In Ohio, I believe the level is mass critical. The Media and 9/11
I am glad to see the subject broached since the official story of 9/11 is the Great Mother of all the lies which currently threaten our democracy. A vast amount of evidence implicates our own government as a participant in the attacks, and indeed, I can find no factual analysis anywhere supporting the official story. The collapse of the mainstream media in the face of these events has been of enormous consequence. Readers should go to GlobalOutlook.Ca, follow the links and decide for themselves. Or just Google 911 Truth. Numerous books, articles and videos by serious researchers now point to the unthinkable. Indeed the astonishing thing about 9/11 is that the official story only survives because it is so difficult to face the conclusion that logic demands. Consider the wildest "conspiracy theory" of all, the 9/11 Commission Report. The Twin Towers are hit by planes (an event planned for by their architects) flown by novice pilots in their last moments of life....Nice flying guys. Then, due to localized relatively small fires, they collapse at free fall speed exploding with such force that the concrete is reduced to dust and enormous pieces of steel are hurled horizontally outwards. Then the Pentagon sits helpless as another plane approaches. Its video cameras don't work; its radar can't find the missing plane; the airforce can't find any fighter jets available to defend the capital. And so, unimpeded an Islamic fanatic, whose flight instructors didn't want him piloting a piper cub alone, accomplishes a remarkable feat. He dives 6000 feet, levels off and skims over the treetops and crashes into an area under construction where least damage and loss of life will occur. Back in New York later that day Building Seven of the WTC, a massive 47 story edifice, housing the new Emergency Response Command Center, the CIA, SEC records and a number of other interesting operations collapses into its own footprint for unknown reasons. This third mysterious implosion, not discussed in the 9/11 Report, means that on 9/11 three massive structures failed in a manner unprecedented in the history of steel construction. The first words out of my mouth as I watched the towers fall were; "They've blown them up." Since then it has amassed me how many people simply have denied what their own eyes have shown them. I too have a friend whom I know to be intelligent, world traveled and well read, yet he simply refuses to "want" to believe that 9/11 was planned, execute and cover-up by elements within our own government. He simple doesn't want to know. He refuses to on the bias that if true, he believes that there is absolutely no hope whatsoever. I cannot disparage this reaction. It seems to be a defense that would be natural. Indeed, coming to realize that forces of this magnitude are controlling our lives can be a very scary thing and if you come to this realization and accept it your life changes forever. I believe that for most people this is something they'd rather deny than face. Unfortunately I believe it will get a lot worse before it gets better, if it ever does. It's not like we're just having a disagreement of ideologies, we're destroying the very planet we rely on to sustain existence. We may very well be December's Children and witness the destruction of all life on Earth.
