Examining The Confession of Khalid Sheik Muhammed

On Wed March 14, 2007, the U.S. and world media ran the story of the confession of Khalid Sheik Muhamed or KSM in which he took responsibility for nearly every event of terrorism that has occurred in recent years as well as many not consummated,

This “confession” smacks of Bush administration disinformation in order to continue the fear hype against Americans in pursuit of his global war on terrorism (GWT). Since by secrecy the truth concerning the detainment and torture of prisoners at Guantanimo is unavailable to the public, any such confession is unreliable. We have been misled by Bush and his cabal for nearly six years and since Bush is commander in chief of the military and its courts we cannot rely on anything coming out of such a system.

What would be reliable would be to bring KSM to trial in the International Criminal Court of Justice where he could be assured fairness at trial. However, Bush broke the US commitment to participate in that tribunal and has attempted to evade justice for himself and his cabal for their international crimes and violations of US laws, treaties and the Constitution itself.

Examining the events of 9-11 under the microscope of science, we can easily determine that the confession of KSM is totally deficient. As an example we should seek his explanations for the following:

1. Knowing that World Trade Center (WTC) buildings 1, 2 were built to withstand the impact of multiple crashes of Boeing 707’s and that the crashes of one hijacked aircraft into each of the buildings could not bring down the buildings, how did you arrange for the lapse in security at WTC 1, 2 to allow for the placement of explosives to implode the buildings at a speed equal to freefall?

1. How were you able to organize such an event that would require around 4,000 Pounds of high explosives to be placed within the buildings in strategic locationswith the expertise of only a few international demolition contractors? When did you do it? Who were the agents?

1. Knowing that the crashes of themselves were inadequate in bringing down the buildings, that the only way you could convince the American public that the planes were responsible was to cause the buildings to crash down from the top floors where the planes struck. How did you manage to find Muslim terrorists with such demolition expertise that they could do this in reverse from normal demolition techniques, which rely on blasting out underpinnings?  Or did you contract with some as yet unidentified agency to accomplish this precise endeavor for you? If so who is that agency?

1. How did you work the miracle of demolition of WTC 7? As you know no hijacked plane struck it but some ignited debris from towers 1and 2 struck it and burned all day on a few floors with no deleterious effect on the steel structure itself. Since it had a sprinkler system and the smoke was a cool black, how did you work the miracle of its demise?  Since a plane didn’t strike it, demolition skills to bring it down from the top floors weren’t required.   Was this a cheaper operation for you? Who did you contract with on this operation? Was this not on your agenda and do you not take credit for it? If it wasn’t, how did Larry Silverstein have advance notice that you were going to strike WTC 1 and 2 so that he could hitch a ride and plan ahead for planting explosives to co-incide with you devious plans of WTC 1 and 2? Oh, and yes were you aware that Mr. Silverstein had only just taken out a 99-year lease on the twin towers and had insured them against terrorist attack for 4 billion dollars? Were you working in concert with Mr. Silverstein? Did you not get in on the placing of excessive put options on United Airlines and American Airlines before 9-11 that their stock would fall after 9-11? If not how would you justify not capitalizing to add profit for your adventure for the coffers of al-queda?

1. What precise elements of physics did you employ to defy or evade well established principles of high school physics which teach such things as conservation of energy wherein the falling of towers 1 and 2 as well as tower 7 violated the principle because their fall speed equaled the speed of an apple falling from the respective heights in free fall in a vacuum? Did you make these calculations for effect? If not who did and what new principle of physics should be published?

1. Since no steel structured high rise building in the world has collapsed from raging fire either before or since 9-11, how do you explain the collapses of WTC 1, 2 and 7?  Were you just lucky?

1. How were you able to obtain classified information regarding US military exercises such as Global Guardian that were in place that day by which the Air Force was occupied with jet fighters sent far and wide away from the area of your  targets?  Where you in contact with any asset within the CIA, FBI, NSC, YTIFF, MOSSAD or other agency?  How did you know that Dick Cheney had usurped The right to control the exercises that day from his bunker beneath the White  House and would allow an aircraft to approach the Pentagon? Was that      foreknowledge or just plain luck?

1. How do you explain that the damage inflicted on the Pentagon did not match the amage that would be caused by flight 77?  How can you explain that jet fuel burning at only 800 degrees centigrade would vaporize both the passengers and the plane itself? How do you explain that the only engine part of the plane found t the Pentagon was not that of a Boeing 757 or 767 but more likely that of an A3     skywarrior?  Did you change planes at the last minute? If you did do that, what happened to flight 77 and its passenger? Why did you target only that part of the Pentagon that was mostly empty undergoing retrofitting against an attack such as   you planned? Why did you not strike that part of the Pentagon in which Donald      Rumsfeld had his office if you were interested in decapitating the government?
