IMPEACHMENT OR ENSLAVEMENT? NOW OR NEVER

As we head into Labor Day weekend, there’s lots of chatter about a false flag event. "Middle Eastern looking men" acting suspicious on ferries in Puget Sound – are they preparing to mess up San Francisco? while the Bay Bridge is closed for renovation this weekend? Or is Houston the target?, with trains full of military vehicles are supposedly rolling into town? Or perhaps Oregon? where Operation Noble Resolve is underway?

Assuming we get through the weekend without a "terrorist attack" and resulting martial law, we head into a packed month of September, with the 9-11 anniversary, and a planned general strike.  Rosh Hashanah and Ramadan both begin the evening of 9-12.  A huge demonstration is planned for 9-15, which may result in a confrontation with the armed forces Bush just deployed to Washington DC.

Tuesday, September 4th, Congress goes back into session.  Congress still have a chance to impeach Bush and Cheney, but the window of opportunity is closing fast.   H Res (impeach Cheney) is still on the table, with 19 cosponsors, last I heard.  Will the heat they got from their constituents over the August recess, and the increased rumblings about war and fascism, move our so-called Representatives to truly represent us, and cast out the pirates who have hijacked the ship of state?

There is only one remedy for the ills which have befallen our nation- impeachment of Bush and Cheney. At one stroke, this would restore the Constitution, enable Congress to pull out of Iraq, remove the threat of bombing Iran, remove the threat of fascism, enable the US to join Kyoto and take other proper measures to curb global warming, and cure a host of other troubles.

We the People are STILL sovereign, as long as the US Constitution is in effect. This is why Bush is so eager to initiate martial law. The Constitution empowers us, We the People. We STILL have the power to fire Bush and Cheney, via our elected Representatives in Congress. Calling for impeachment is perfectly legal, and can’t possibly be considered a terrorist action, a pretext for calling the military, an undermining of our young people in uniform, or anything else that would provoke an armed confrontation with the state.

Under martial law, We the People would lose ALL rights, and would no longer be sovereign. Our property could be confiscated, our young people conscripted to be killed in foreign lands, our very persons "disappeared" without a trace, and with no legal recourse. We can be labelled felons and made to work for nothing, as prisoners are forced to do.  This is slavery.

Bush-Cheney are itching to declare martial law. As more and more rats leave their sinking ship, they act unconcerned, knowing they hold the trump card, suspension of the Constitution and declaration of martial law. Any excuse will do- a bird flu epidemic, a hurricane like Katrina, demonstrations turning to riots, or an event like 9-11, which they could easily engineer again. And then there’s always the plan to nuke Iran, with resulting attacks on the US from Russia/China.

It’s obvious to all by now- we have to get them before they get us. Impeachment or enslavement, that’s our choice. So get on the phone and call, call, call Congress- email, visit, write, for impeachment. No matter what your cause, impeachment is the magic bullet. Impeachment is the way out of Iraq, the way to prevent WWIII, the way to get our country back.  

Impeachment is legal, peaceful, and mandatory to use against would-be dictators under the US Constitution.  Impeachment now!
