He LIED in a criminal effort on behalf of his American Big Oil supporters, his Administration cronies' oil interests, his Project For A New American Century Neoil-Con supporters, his own family's interests in American Big Oil and his own family's suspect relationship with the Saudi Royal Family...
He LIED in order to drag our nation into a war with Iraq for the sole purpose of destroying Saddam Hussein's Post-Gulf War Sanctions plans to have the French, the Germans, the Chinese and the Russians, by signed contracts,* extract Iraq's oil and market it outside of the control of OPEC... thereby destroying OPEC's rigid, non-competitive control of oil prices and the outrageous profits being made and being enjoyed by the Bush / Chaney / Big Oil / OPEC / Saudi Royal Family CABAL and replacing it with honest competition ... an effort that has resulted in the deaths of over 1800 American G.I.'s including Cindy's precious son, the wounding and maiming of over 13,000 American G.I.'s, and the deaths and injuries of over 100,000 Iraqi Civilians.
To paraphrase Mr. Joseph Welch, in his famous confrontation with the pathologically cruel Sen. Joseph McCarthy:
"Have you no sense of decency, Mr. President, at long last? ....Have you left no sense of decency?"
