Cong. Kucinich wows Cleveland We Count conference with fantastic speech, introduces bill for Hand counted paper ballots with precinct posted results in presidential race, H.R. 6200. (basic info below). From speech, text of bill sounds ideal. Text of bill not available for a day or two.

Paul Lehto practiced law in Washington State for 12 years in business law and consumer fraud, including most recently several years in election law, and is now a clean elections advocate.
