FYI, I spoke to Bruce today and he has been fired and (I'm not as sure
on this) locked out of his own office! He has hired an attorney and
will be trying to obtain a restraining order from a judge to put
himself back in office, hopefully quickly. Bruce Funk is an ELECTED
county clerk and election official, not appointed. It seems that the
county commissioners who are also elected but have more power due to
all three of them ganging up on Bruce and holding the purse-strings,
have "fired" an elected official! (In Utah, those who obtain power
like to think they ARE the law, and ignore the actual letter of the
law, and this might be the second time that county commissioners
managed to fire an elected county official in Utah if they succeed.)

I'm shocked that a representative from in the Attorney General's
office and the Lt. Governor's office have conspired with the Emery
County Attorney and Emery County Commissioners to oust Bruce rather
than get mad at the fraudster Diebold who has sold Utah used, rejected
voting equipment from other states and billed for new equipment. (See
the irrefutable photographic evidence of Diebold's flaws on
http://utahcountvotes.org).

I have heard that Governor Huntsman (I'll call his office on Monday)
has told reporters that it is not his business and won't answer
questions, so basically he seems to be looking the other way while his
friends in the Lt. Governor's office help Diebold commit fraud vs.
Utah's citizens.

The largest Utah paper, the Salt Lake Tribune, seems to rotate young
inexperienced reporters on this issue so that as soon as one becomes
educated, another one is assigned and simply prints the fictions that
the Lt. Governor's Chief of Staff Joe Demma tells them as if fact (and
Demma would make a better fiction writer than a Chief of Staff). So
the public here in Utah doesn't have a clue what is really going on
and believes primarily that Bruce Funk did something bad and allowed
election activists rig Emery County's voting machines, which Diebold
needs $40,000 to fix the two voting machines which were examined!!
(They believe in the "trust Diebold" security system here.)

I suspect that right now the Lt. Governor's office, Emery County
Commissioners and other County Clerks in Utah are giving access to
Diebold to the warehouses where the voting machines are stored to hide
the evidence of the fraud and the $40,000 fraudulent charge to Emery
County is a deterrant any other county clerks from examining their
voting machines in the future.

It is really bad and we need all the support for Bruce that we can get
by people emailing the County Commissioners and Lt. Governor and
Governor's office by this one-click email on http://utahcountvotes.org
(click where it says "Click Here to Tell Utah Governor Jon Huntsman to
Stand with Bruce Funk".

The Governor's fax, form email and phone are available here:
