Brett--resolution goes to the state board AND the national board; it also goes to members of congress on judiciary committee. We are trying to get National ACLU to realize that impeachment should NEVER have been off the table--by doing so, it gave Bush-Cheney freedom to keep doing what they did. We hope that there is a loud groundswell of support by ACLU cvhapters and by others to put pressure onto the House judiciary committee. This is NOT a partisan action. It IS an action to preserve and defend the constitution.
