World Trade Center 7 and the NIST Report

I recently wrote an article for OpEdNews on August 2, 2008, in which I discussed the Anthrax attacks and the purported villain in these attacks of late October 2001.  I predicted that Bush would need to resolve some unfinished business before he leaves office in January of 2009.  I have included one paragraph from the article below, titled Anthrax Redux, which appeared on the OpEdNews website on August 2, 2008.

“It now appears likely that Bush is cleaning up the remaining unsolved mysteries before he heads to Crawford, Texas.   Bush knows well enough that he cannot be prosecuted criminally while still in office.   However, The Federalist Papers, a collection of eighty-five essays written by James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and John Jay, sets the precedent for prosecution after a president leaves office.  Now that the Anthrax attacks have identified a villain, the remaining mysteries to clear-up are the following: The mysterious collapse of WTC Building Seven in the late afternoon of September 11, 2001, and the hide and seek game with Osama Bin Laden.  The remaining events will surely be cleared-up in the coming weeks, as well as low gas prices, so the torch can be passed to John McCain, so the same story, with the same theme and plot, can be continued for the next one hundred years, until all of the oil is drained from the Middle Eastern spigot.”

Well, I was right on one account - the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) has finally released, after nearly 7 years, its finest work of fiction to date concerning the collapse of World Trade Center 7 on the afternoon of September 11, 2001.  For those not familiar with the NIST, it is a non-regulatory agency of the United States Department of Commerce.  The mission of the NIST is to promote U.S. innovation and industrial competitiveness by enhancing science and technology that improve and enhance the quality of life.  It is also the obsequious branch of the Bush administration that manufactures lies to cover Bush’s engineering of the greatest crime in the 21st century committed against U.S. citizens by their own government.  Many of us who watched the events of September 11, 2001 unfold on television remember seeing the smoking structure of WTC 7 in the background.  There were no raging fires, only random plumes of smoke coming from smoldering debris and spot fires in the building.  The collapse of WTC 7 is the first time in recorded history that spot fires destroyed a 47 story steel skyscraper.  The NIST claims that the destruction of the North and South Towers severed a water main that supplied the fire protection system in WTC 7.  One salient feature of the report dispels the myth that the diesel fuel, stored in WTC 7, for back-up power generators, provided the propellant necessary to make the fires more intense. 

For those of us with an engineering or physics background this juvenile explanation of the collapse of WTC 7 is pure fiction.  What bothers me more than anything else is the symmetrical collapse of the building at nearly free-fall speed.  Again, we see a common thread in all of the collapses of that day – the main supporting steel columns, some of them massive, gave absolutely no resistance to the collapse of the respective buildings.  For WTC 7, this implies that all 25 central steel columns and 58 peripheral steel columns failed within 1 second of each other.  The building collapsed in a symmetrical fashion and the debris field was contained to the building’s own footprint, ostensibly, to minimize any damage to peripheral structures.  If the building were truly brought down by a raging fire that weakened all of the steel columns, physical science and common sense would dictate an asymmetrical collapse of the structure.  In other words, the law of conservation of momentum would cause the side of the building most damaged by the fires to collapse first, and so on.  However, we see a uniform symmetrical collapse that is the epitome for a controlled demolition.

World Trade Center 7 would have to come down as the final act of the Bush administration’s engineered disaster of September 11, 2001, to set in stone, the pretext to attack oil rich nations as part of the Wild West stagecoach robbery of Middle Eastern oil wealth.  Building 7 contained the offices of the CIA, the IRS, the SEC, and the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management.  All ongoing investigations of ENRON by the SEC and others were put on hold as all of the documents and computer files were destroyed in the collapse.  How convenient.

The remaining unsolved mystery is the disappearance of Osama Bin Laden.  I will make a prediction that, in the next few weeks, or perhaps months, his remains will be discovered in some remote cave in Afghanistan.  Another US government agency will take charge and announce to the world, based on a careful DNA analysis, that these bones in question are those of one Osama Bin Laden.  In addition, discovered next to his body, a few small glass vials containing the very same strain of Anthrax used in the late October 2001 U.S. Anthrax attacks.  Therefore, all criminal investigations concerning 911 are officially solved and forever closed!  Bush is absolved from any links to the engineering of 911, the war crimes accompanying the invasion and occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq, the destruction of the U.S. economy, and the enrichment of his upper-crust C-student friends from Yale.  I also predict, upon leaving office, Bush will get a nice consulting position with a major oil company, which he will promptly run into the ground, make a few speeches, and travel to Liechtenstein to invest his fortune.
