Reminder about Congress: It's about OUR will, not THEIR will !

Dear friends,

Whenever we ask Congress or any members thereof what *their* position is about Anything, we are handing them power which does not belong to them. Whever we call them "leaders" we are doing much the same. Because nobody is our "leader". Instead, Congress is paid to be implementers of the public will.

That's where we Americans need to take a different posture. Never must we *ask* Congress about whether they support....impeachment...healthcare for all....environmental causes....supporting, upholding and protecting the Constitution.....survival itself, Great Depression Revisited as wars are funded based on more lies.....

Get my drift? Of course. It's ludicrous to *ask* about such things, isn't it?
No wonder Congress literally gets away with murder. Because we Americans are taking too resigned a posture.

We must remind each other first, then Congress: Congress is *paid* to be implementers of the collective public will. They are not *paid* to ingratiate their own unilateral whims.

Nancy Pelosi and Congress at large, hear ye, hear ye.

We will NOT vote you back into public office if you do NOT impeach. If you do NOT uphold, protect and defend the Constitution as is your oath of office.

We WILL indict you as war criminals if you do NOT impeach two mass murderers in public office.

We WILL indict you as war criminals as you fund wars based on lies.

We WILL indict you as inappropriate, deliberate, and violating usurpers of American freedom as you undermine the Judiciary with your votes, as you refuse to provide the necessary "check" on runaway Executive power, and as you deliberately (not spinelessly) convert the USA to a dictatorship.

Must the system of checks and balances come from overseas? I hereby request that readers on this forum living in foreign countries, and those with friends living overseas, please ask overseas officials to issue arrest warrants for Nancy Pelosi and ALL members of Congress who refuse to impeach two runaway mass murderers who have sanctioned kidnapping from anywhere in the world. I hereby ask that readers write their overseas officials urging them to issue arrest warrants for each and every member of Congress who votes "YES" to war funding based on lies. Iran halted its nuclear weapons program in 2003, yet Congress is not saying "yes" to striking Iran, and is even chanting "Bomb, bomb Iran" to the tune of Barbara Allen. Good god, how sick.

Apparently, the system of checks and balances must come from overseas.

And from local officials.

I hereby request with urgency, that American readers contact their City Councils, County Supervisors, et al urging them to issue arrest warrants for war criminal members of Congress refusing to impeach two mass murderers and/or who vote for war funding based on lies.

An aside: I never "Bought" the argument that a nuclear weapons program is sufficient "reason" to go to war. After all, we as a nation hold many more weapons of mass destruction than (probably) any other country on the planet. Is that a "bring them on" request? Should other countries strike us because we own those weapons? Let's hope not. Therefore, should we strike other countries possessing such weapons? Let's hope more Americans----and Congress---no longer "buy" this argument.

IMPEACH, IMPEACH Bush and Cheney! INDICT, INDICT The Great Dictators in Congress who are deliberately converting America to a dictatorship!

This quote summarizes the nature of my concerns and the content of personal experiences which stir my activism: "Necessity is the plea for every infringement on human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves". --Paul (more...)
