Do you believe that either or both the 2000 and 2004 elections were won by Bush at least partially due to voting irregularities?

Do you believe the reports by Bev Harris, Brad Friedman, Clint Curtis, etc. that electronic voting machine results are hackable and /or that the chain of custody regarding safeguarding voting machines is rather loose?

Have the voting machine manufacturers provided access to their source code since these 'voting irregularities' were noticed, and have ‘loopholes’ in our voting process been addressed to your satisfaction, so that you are confident your vote will be accurately counted in the 2008 election?

Do you believe that the Constitution provides for the selection of the President of the United States by the Supreme Court?

Do you believe that adherence to an Oath of Office is a personal decision that one can opt out of, should one decide to, i.e. it is voluntary?

Do you believe if elected officials want to break the law, that the law should simply be disregarded, or that provisions should be made to allow certain people to break the law, but not others?

Do you believe that the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, or certain provisions therein, should be discarded? What is the word used to describe someone who actively seeks to subvert the Constitution?

Do you believe the US is subject to international treaties?

Do you believe that preemptive wars are prohibited by international treaties, and that the UN should sanction any country that launched a ‘war of aggression’ and/or committed genocide?

Do you believe that The Hague should prosecute war criminals, no matter what country they come from?

Do you believe that the American people should beg elected representatives, year after year, to do their jobs?

Do you believe that voting elected representatives out of office is sufficient remedy for refusing to do their jobs?

If a sitting President admits to breaking a law, do you believe it is voluntary whether this is looked into? Do you believe that the remedy is to discard the law, or to say, we’re too busy to look into this?

Do you believe that if elected representatives do something – anything – then ‘it must be OK, because we have a system of checks and balances to prevent abuses?’

Do you believe that the next President will change all this?
