One month into the worst environmental disaster in the history of the Human race, Scientists are beginning to call out the Obama Administration for aiding BP in covering up the extent of the Oil Gushers and their impact upon the environment.

NOAA has been accused of giving cover to BP, echoing BP's estimates in spite of the rest of the world's scientists declaring the gushers are spewing ten to twenty times more.

Today's NY Times reports that NOAA is pulling in all it's available resources-- a handful of scientific vessels.

Homeland Security head Janet Napolitano has been AWOL. Obama is partying with the president of Mexico while a huge American ecosystem is being destroyed.

WHERE ARE THE SUBMARINES, The NAVY, NASA, The MARINES?
This disaster has gone on far too long.

It is clear, despite disclaimers, that BP has been operating with the goal of salvaging the well, not the Gulf Ecosystem.

It is clear, the Obama administration has failed to recognize the seriousness of this disaster and has failed to take the strong actions necessary to deal with it.

It is clear that administrators throughout the government have responded either incompetently or with bad faith, protecting or collaborating with BP.

It is clear that scientists are not being given access to the data to analyze what is a world shaking emergency.

Why hasn't the Navy diverted its submarine fleet to the gulf, and staffed each sub with scientific observers and equipment?

Why hasn't Obama pulled out soldiers and Marines and brought them and national guard units to the homeland where our own land and waters are under assault, so they can help with cleanup?

Where are the NASA scientists. Sure, they may be on projects. PUll them and re-assign, on a temporary, emergency basis, to the gulf.

Where is funding to massively respond to this emergency. Obama is asking for tens of billions for Iraq and Afghanistan. Instead of putting up billions for dealing with the disaster, the Senate can't even agree to make BP responsible for the damage they've caused. A handful of Republicans have thrown up outrageous excuses an idiot wouldn't accept.

It's time Obama gets serious and upset.
Napolitano has to go. She has failed Obama and the nation. The coast Guard has failed also. A strong, aggressive commander of the response must be appointed and given major funding and emergency powers to make things happen. Obama, Reid and Pelosi must find their testicles and finally put the Republican obstructionists in their place. This is an emergency, not gridlock as usual. People are going to die because the failures that have already taken place.

It is hard to imagine that the Navy is not already on site. IF so, that means that Obama is keeping secrets from the American people. This is not a war where you hide strategies from your enemies. The Obama administration is treating the American people like the enemy. This must not stand.
