Occasionally the Bush Administration proves it's never too busy destroying nations to harass the least among us.  Take for example the recently revised and re-introduced Health & Human Services regulation known as the 'Conscience Rule.'  This pending regulation masquerades as an anti-discrimination measure, protecting the careers of people who... oh let's just say it plain and simple, selectively refuse to do their jobs.  It allows finger-wagging health care providers (doctors, nurses, pharmacists etc.) to  refuse family planning services and/or related medical care based on their own personal beliefs (...and perhaps even one's looks - who's gonna know?).  While it obviously chips at abortion rights, it's vague enough to also protect those who won't dispense or even discuss some birth control methods.
