He rises from the depths of Hell and mocks us... all US Citizens who are now worried about swine flu, or our jobs, or crabgrass, or "healthcare."

Herman Goering: the Nazi war criminal who cheated the hangman in 1945 considered the Nuremberg trials a show and a farce.  Victors' "justice," he said, "The victor will always be the judge, and the vanquished the accused".  The only "crime" committed by the Nazis was losing the war.  Forget the crocodile tears and hand-wringing over such hair-splitting as Birkenau and the loss of 60 million human lives.  These are mere "policy differences," and show-trials such as Nuremberg were "partisan politics" on a global scale.

Consider the indictments at Nuremberg.

The indictments were for:

1. Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of crime against peace

2. Planning, initiating and waging wars of aggression and other crimes against peace

3. War crimes

4. Crimes against humanity

There is overwhelming evidence to indicate that the Bush administration committed every single one of these crimes:  Every. Single. One.  Is it really necessary to elaborate?  If so, then let a court weigh the evidence and decide, whether an International body or a US court or "tribunal," as was Nuremberg.  And, unlike the laughable star-chamber excuse for "justice" created by the USA PATRIOT Act and the Military Commissions Act, let this body follow the rules of evidence.  Let us avoid the temptation to submit Cheny or Rove or Rice or Bush to "aggressive interrogation" to extract "information."  Let us begin with indictment one... "a common plan or conspiracy."

Moving along, is there anyone smarter than a snail who actually believes Iraq posed a "threat" to the United States?  Like the yuk-yuk sniggering joke of "we're taking him out," the same Goering guffaws followed the "weapons of mass destruction must be somewhere" press conference charade before the entire world.  Ha ha.  That must be screamingly funny to the families of the million dead Iraqis and the horribly deformed stillborn babies due to depleted uranium.  And now the rain of white phosphorus over Fallujah brings us to War Crimes, sanctioned sealed and encouraged by the Bush administration.  Could this be more serious than a blow-job?

And finally, we come to Crimes against Humanity which "...are particularly odious offences in that they constitute a serious attack on human dignity or grave humiliation or a degradation of one or more human beings."  Note: only if a Victor is capable of making you face such things by force.  Goering laughs across time from the depths of his sulfurous snake-filled belly. He jams his rotten corpse rat-gnawed finger in our face to hiss, "See?  You are no better.  You are not even different."  He indicts us right back beyond death and across time.  He is exactly correct.  Servile serfs that we are, we lick his backside even now, just as he instructed us to before the sham began.

Were the Nuremberg Trials really a sham?  Yes, they were.  We have made them so, all of us US Citizens who insist we must "look forward' and "move ahead" because we are worried about our own pink patoots.  The banksters (with the help of our criminal "government") might repo our house.  This is far more important than "Truth" or "Justice."  And the "American" way is pretty obvious by now, isn't it?  "Social Darwinism" within a cadaverous "system" that must be propped and puppeted to appear alive.  Do we have to die in a ditch before we admit the obvious?  With the "reduction of the labor force," your own "Final Solution" is simply "market equilibrium.

A "green" future is not only possible; it is inevitable... whether it is a planned, sustainable economy or grass among the ruins.  It begins with carrying out the dream at Nuremberg: international rule of law.  Nothing is more important than the self-imposed examination, prosecution, and punishment (if need be) of the US Empire's war criminals.  If not self-imposed, then Goering was right: the only international rule of law is force.  The remaining Stupids who cry, "Partisan politics" would also call Birkenau a "policy difference," Let them keep their guns.  Will they die to defend a frat-boy and his fat flunkies?  Not likely.  The "American Dream" is more than suburbs and strip-malls.

A "dream" so base and banal as "pursuit of property" invites corruption, a meal for maggots and teeth for tomb-robbers.  An aspiration to live nobly, justly and peacefully within our world and all those beyond has quickened in our souls for thousands of years.  Do we reach now for the stars or the Reichsmarschall's baton?  The National character remaining in the USA must be cauterized with confession and humility or it will not survive. In our time turns the question of whether Nuremberg was justice or a joke.  Do we laugh with Goering while the world cries for common decency?  If so, we enter a time of darkness beyond our comprehension.

The US war criminals must be brought to justice... NOW.
