Americans Have Learned the Wrong Lesson from the Holocaust

Preface: Martin Luther King, Jr. suggested we judge people by the content of their character, and not by some superficial characteristic. I whole-heartedly agree.

Some Jewish people work tirelessly for the good of humanity, while others are murderers who would inflict grave harm on others. The same spectrum - by the way - is true of Arabs, of people from India, of whites in the U.S. and England, of all peoples. Humanity ranges from noble and selfless to lower than any animal - more than any other species - and this is true of all peoples.

Loving or hating someone based on their race or ethnicity makes no sense.

Why do so many Americans - especially politicians and media talking heads - believe that criticizing Israel is wrong, no matter what it does (see this and this)?

I think the main reason is that the wrong lessons have been drawn from the Holocaust . . or at least the wrong lessons are pushed on the American people.

Specifically, the lessons touted by the elites are:

(1) The Jewish people were given a homeland to protect Jews from persecution; and
(2) We must allow the Israelis to use all means necessary to protect that homeland.
Let's take a deeper look at these claims.License to Kill

It is a common pattern among individuals and societies that the victim becomes the bully.

Does an individual bully's background of being a victim justify his later violence? No, it doesn't. The same is true of peoples and nations.

The United Nations - which lent legitimacy to the creation of Israel - has passed dozens and dozens of resolutions criticizing Israel for unlawful behavior. In other words, the very organization which legitimized Israel's creation is saying that the nation is not following the international rule of law.

Israel has committed war crimes, false flag terror, and horrendous violence against the Palestinians and other Arab peoples. As sympathetic as I am to the persecution of the Jewish people - see below- the bullying behavior is not justified.

The "never again" lesson which most people take from the Holocaust is that Israel must do anything and everything to protect itself. But by committing war crimes, false flag terrorism, and other barbarous acts, and by violating one UN resolution after another, Israel has become just like all other ruthless oppressors throughout history. The ends do not justify the means, any more than Stalin's murder of millions of innocent Russians was justified in the name of creating some crazy communist workers' "utopia".

Why Was Israel Placed in the Middle East?

Americans are told that the state of Israel was placed in Palestine because it was the original homeland.

Certainly, the Jewish people deserve to have a safe place, where they will not be persecuted.

But a state could have been set up for them anywhere in the world. It could have been located on an island, or on the North Pole, or in the jungles of Brazil, or the Sahara desert. The allies could have bought some other area from a willing seller. Why Palestine?

Without the permission from or payment to the Palestinian people - Israel was sited on their land.

I wrote on the topic quite excessively; please, have a look at my 'Slimy love' series in the diaries of mine.   Also:  I  am afraid that no one asks anyone any permission when to resettle someone. Zionists promised the winners in WWII to take care  of the Jews so that the survivors would not  ask pesky questions. That was OK for all ( USSR cast the approval vote in the UN for  resettlement too) and  after that the propaganda  worked its own way.

The real truth is simple: A homeland of any person is where he/she is born.  That person as a citizen has to be protected by the laws of that land. Who that person is ABSOLUTELY does not matter.  That should be the real lesson from Holocaust if  there are any.  And one more:  no one can be subjected to the threat of extermination under any circumstance. That's the final say of those who died. But they are killed again by the lies  of those who use them for their own  benefit now.

Right but Americans don't care

This nation of pseudo-Christians don't care about what's right. They only care about what the media tells them. All they want to hear is lies. Tell them the truth and they hate you for it because you made them sad and ruined their day. Americans don't want to work to protect their freedoms. They just want to thump their Bibles and hate foreigners. It's ok if the rich and elite make off with their retirement savings as long as the guy next door doesn't have a nicer grill than they do. We are a petty nation of brainwashed drones. All we do is worry about how we look to other people. That is our downfall: rugged hyperindividualism. Americans have no idea what love is all about. All we understand is mutually beneficial reciprocation as long as we get most or all of the benefits. As long as the Bible says Jews are God's chosen people Americans will leave them alone because they fear eternal hell. They don't care that the Zionists are not even real Jews with a claim to Palestine but converts to Judaism. It doesn't matter to them. They want the prophecy to be fulfilled so their precious Jesus can come back and save them from the problems they could have solved themselves. It is lazy. It is inexcusable. It is unpatriotic and downright treasonous but it will not change. The media is too good at keeping the average person asleep.

The holocaust was not about Jews.

The holocaust was about Russians, Poles, Gypsies, Jews and many other "undesirable" groups.  There have been Chinese, Cambodian, Indonesian, and other holocausts.  No other group except the Israelis have made such a horror a key part of their identity.  The time has come to stop giving Israel a victim's free pass.

Reply: Not Quite

The Holocaust was unique from many points of view.  None of the other examples had as purpose the complete extermination of a race.  In all other examples except for the Gypsies the victims had military means and the protection of a state (in some instances they also killed civilians on the enemy side).  No other group was halved in numbers as a result.  In all other instances issues of land grabbing, regional or world struggle among nations, or previous wars played a role (save for the Gypsies, who had the smallest number of victims anyway, 30,000).  There are many other differences, but then any of you could read at least a book about the Holocaust written by Jewish historians, it might cure all this antisemitism.

Let us not forget that it was Israel, which in fact created Hamas. According to Zeev Sternell, historian at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, "Israel thought that it was a smart ploy to push the Islamists against the Palestinian Liberation Organisation (PLO)".

One topic at a time, please.  This was about Holocaust, which Hamas or PLO have nothing to do it (at either the giving or taking end).

We must also remember where the very term, "terrorism" was born in 1947 and who carried it out? - Israel. The term has been internationalized and popularized since then by the corporate media, rarely if ever pointing to its origins. Today, "terrorism" has become a household term, associated solely with Muslims throughout the world and it was developed into a basis for a war without end.-L.Blough

You Hint...

You hint that there was a hidden agenda somewhere.

It all begins with Malthus, and the Royal Society.

It is British Anglo-Supremism which is hidden within Masonry and the splintered secret societies branching out from there.

See: Fabian Socialism, Bavarian Illuminati, Rhodes, Round Table Groups, The New World Order...etc, etc, etc........

The lessons to learn, America:

Seems that some members of the Jewish community would like AMERICANS to feel guilt over one of many genocides committed in the last century. Because it was against THEIR ethnic group. The obnoxious head of the ADL springs to mind. I won't mention that man's name. Distasteful to do so.

I recall that we were the GOOD GUYS that freed the European Jews at the end of WWII....

THAT'S the ONLY "lesson" Americans need to remember: We helped the Jews of Europe, while ignoring the genocide of many others, including the people the word genocide was coined for. That genocide was committed by Jewish-led "Young Turks"  against Christian Armenians, and even Hitler taunted the world over it. While using it to "justify" his "Final Solution."

And now? Well, the very same ethnic group of Jews (Ashkenazi Russian and Turkish Jews, flown in by the plane load in the 1970s, the only ones allowed to leave the USSR at that time, btw, and what does that tell us?) are committing a "Final Solution" of their own, stealing the remaining land they haven't already stolen from the Palestinians.

And I am talking about the borders Israel agreed to when given a "homeland" in 1947. They have slowly strangled and herded a defenseless people into a small strip of land, and they covet THAT TOO. And do it with weapons and funds America supplies, and we say these people "hate our freedoms", like that has any merit.

A "homeland" that NONE of these people, nor their ancestors, had ever set foot in. And, everyone forgets how the JEWS of PALESTINE lived peacefully, in harmony, with their Palestinian neighbors for centuries, before Britain and the US forced this SURE TO FAIL terrorist state of "Israel" upon them.

THAT is the another "lesson" Americans need to understand. Along with the fact that many, (maybe most, who knows, US msm won't tell us) American Jews are horrified by the treatment of Palestinians by the Likud government. Many Israelis are too, because I read foreign news sources, and am aware of that fact.

But we here in America won't know that. Let's be blunt: Who controls the editorial policies of US msm?

It's really not debatable.

What we have here, is a "holding action" by Israel, committed to murdering civilians and targeting children, because they KNOW demographics prove they will soon be such a small minority, they are sure to be overrun by the original occupants of this region. Stated simply, they are getting to be a smaller and smaller minority every year, while the Palestininas increase in population.

The real problem I have is this: when I look at these "IDF" troops, I often see white skin. I see blue eyes.

There were NEVER any white skinned, blue-eyed Semites in this region during the times these usurpers state some "god" gave them this land. NEVER. There still aren't. (Although this may surprise many American Christians, with their portraits and images of a blue-eyed, fair skinned, fair-haired Jesus....)

It's all based upon a LIE. Religion: The bane of mankind.

It is a religious war!

2000 years ago Jesus was a 9 year old Jew living in Judea. There were no Muslims...that religion came 600 years later in Arabia...an area of nomads and polytheism. The prophet Muhammed was successful in converting his fellow nomads to monotheism but not Judaeism nor Christianity. He ultimately had to kill to impose his philosophy. Thus, his monotheist philosophy was forcefully imposed on peoples of today's Middle East, North African countries, Persia, and eastward...to today with the largest following of all "major" religions. (I am areligion)

Back to year 9...Jesus the Jew is a young tyke running around Jeruselem where the polytheist Romans are running the show in an area they called "Palestine" or "Philistia" or derivations. Years later, because Jesus questioned the authority or the "corrupt" Jewish leaders, those leaders had him murdered. His followers began to migrate northward, into the lands we now call Europe, prosthelitizing their beliefs and finally becoming the monotheistic religion of choice or murderous persuasion which was later horribly & murderously imposed upon the indigenous people of the Americas...they had their own murderous religions.

Fast forward...Israel (out of European guilt) was created as a religious state and superimposed on an enemy religious state. Although the anscestors of the Jews originated in this land, through eons of religious conversion, the inhabitants of ancient Judea, in 1946, were Muslims...same genetic background but decidedly different culture.

For 62 years, we have been involved in a TERRORIST driven religious war. The US needs to stop supporting religious terrorists of any kind (including home grown). Right now, as far as I am concerned, the Israeli government & Hamas are pure and simply terrorists trying to impose their religion on the other. Who looses???all those people who just want to get up in the morning, see the beautiful dawn, say their prayers, and go to work...in PEACE!!!

Why Jews needed a nation

In his book The Jewish State (1896), Theodor Herzl wrote, '"Wherever they (we) live in perceptible numbers, they (we) are more or less persecuted. Equalty before the law has become practically a dead letter. ... Everything tends to one and the same conclusion, clearly enunciated in that classic Berlin phrase: 'Juden raus' (out with the Jews). ...

"In the world as it is now ... might precedes right. It is useless, therefore, for us to be loyal patriots. If we could only be left in peace ... We move to places where we are not persecuted, and there our presence produces persecution.

"We are not a whit better than ordinary people. We do not love our enemies, but he alone who can conquer himself dare reproach us with that fault."

Reply: Personally, I agree that

it was a good thing to give the Jewish people a state. I just don't think it should have been sited in an area which has experienced religious war for thousands of years, where people already lived, and surrounded by people of another religion.

That was dumb.

But also, what about other persecuted people of different religions and ethnicities? Why aren't the gypsies given a state, for example?

Oppression must be resisted by all

The real lesson of the holocaust is that the people of the world need to oppose oppression regardless of the identity of the oppressor - even if the current oppressor was once the oppressed.  The Zionists who run Israel have oppressed the Palestinians for 60 years.  They have often used the Holocaust as an excuse for their actions.  But the actions of the German people do not justify the Israelis in their repression of the Palestinians.

As long as Israel exists there will be no peace in Palestine.  Israel policy is to dominate Palestine and to control the Palestinian population.  The oppressor and the oppressed can not live in peace.  The oppressor must go.
