As far as I’m concerned, this is a big country, a big world, and we can all live in it and get along. EDWIN: And the progressive metaphor?
Bill: I would say it’s more of the big tent, that is just willing to cover everyone, kind of like a cooperative-type model, that we can cooperate, we can get along. Collectively, we can do so much more than as individuals holding on tightly to what they have or think they have. Cause there is really very little security in sticking to yourself. You are much more secure as a large group that advocates on behalf of everyone.
