Distributive Justice: Barack Obama, Bush and Luke 6: 42

Sexuality is robust with prohibitions, all to control those same masses, and yet the one thing Jesus railed against, following the lead of earlier and helping later prophets, is ignored, that being the worst evil of all, known by twin name of Avarice/Greed is left not criminalized. Many things, which are not even sins, let alone crimes, are banned, but the worst crime of all, Avarice/Greed, is ignored. Though we have newer laws against Hate Crimes, the truest crimes of Hate are often perpetuated by our laws and many of those who carry them out.

Avarice is easy to stamp out, but no one has ever really tried. Hate needs be stamped out as well, but everything is controlled by the hand of the most greedy, and they are able to profit from the ignorance, the confusion of the poorest minds. Making almost everything the poor need and desire unaffordable.

There lacks here, the concept of Distributive and contractual Justice, and one cannot comprehend the massive foolishness of those with far too little, supporting those with far too much. I have friends who are greedy, but not many. Most of those I know are either envious of the rich, but too lazy or lacking the gift of making money, to emulate them. However, most of them have nary a greedy bone in their bodies.

I have never comprehended avarice. I am clueless concerning the origin of that evil, an evil which the mindless, the soulless adore. Is it a mental illness or a curse or Karma, or just plain old greed? Please recall the ancient truth, "Love of manna - (money) is the root of ALL evil," 1 Timothy 6:10

According to the International Association for Research in Income and Wealth (I.A.R.I.W.), "It is found that the world distribution of wealth is much more unequal than that of income. "

During the Age of Reason, Francis Bacon said/wrote, "Above all things good policy is to be used that the treasures and monies in a state be not gathered into a few hands... Money is like muck, not good except it be spread."

In the USA the top 5% of the population own 71% of the wealth, thus the remaining 28% of the wealth is spread among by 90% of the people.

Rawls says that, "we may think of a human society as a more or less self-sufficient association regulated by a common conception of justice and aimed at advancing the good of its members." A society, ideally functions more perfectly when all are without want, all are gainfully employed with living wages and those, which cannot work, are likewise kept within the common upkeep in likewise fashion. American businesses do not think that way. Those at the top of the ladder want the few to keep vast majority of the wealth and land made by leaching/feeding off the industry of the many, which are underpaid and under insured. They think that is justice.

*This week the Insurance companies issued a statement, which is vastly in violation of human rights and the law as well. They threatened, in essence, that if the government allowed there to be a public Health Care Bill they would dramatically raise, the costs of all those in the private sector to make up for the business they would loose.

I call the above economic Terrorism and a war crime against the citizens of a nation at war, two wars and then some. Both Violent and economic Terrorism must be met by like response. According to my legal understanding, the Insurance companies are now in violation of the Patriot Act and a number of other anti-terrorist laws including perhaps Military Commissions Act of 2006. Health Insurers Threaten Rate Hikes

When faced with a similar stridency by Big Steel, who lied to the unions trying to squirm out of their promises to them, and in an effort to destroy said unions our then President JFK fought fire with fire by threatening to inspect the IRS filings of every Executive of that industry and would further call out the National Guard to occupy the steel industry's factories to protect the workers. The steel industry backed down.

This series of threats by the insurance companies should be met with a force and power that will forever command their attention, and immediately by this president. They have threatened us trying to squeeze every penny possible out of the middle and lower classes. Over the years the insurance industry has carried out economic terrorism in what appears to be a plot to bankrupt and/or allow many of the poor and lower and middle classes to die off. These followers of the fictions of Malthus and his bewildered followers want to depopulate the world from six billion to one and one half billion in the next 25 years, and YOU are in their cross hairs right now. A people paid slave wages and with poor and porous health care or none at all, will not long endure.

In addition, a number of American politicians have been involved in War Crimes and several sorts of Terrorism and have done so with elitist, executive, impunity. Their impunity is very much like that of the CEO's of many huge corporations and in the south and elsewhere, the seeming immunity to prosecution of the KKK. Now, back to the concept of righting perceptions of wrongs in other nations. I said that we need not travel far to find Terrorists, so I propose the following:
Bring home our troops, Nationalize The Legalized Addictive Drug Dealing Companies, Nationalize Health Insurance as a part of Medicare, fully funded by taxing outsourcing Corporations, reducing CEO Compensation Packages to $2.5 million per year or 25 times the average salary of all their employees and subcontractors employees Union Scale, plus 15%. Nationalize all water for drinking in the USA with a National Drinking Water Protection Agency as a part of the president's cabinet; nationalize all of the Oil companies.

Now as far as the troops are concerned, the government should Root out and Boot out the skinheads, Nazi's and any KKK members who espouse anti-American ideas.

We have laws regulating and criminalizing sexual activities like prostitution, stealing, murder, etc.and other such crimes, but none which regulate and criminalize Avarice/Greed. Why is that?

Then we have Jesus ideas about Avarice/greed and the many writings about some of the Seven Deadliest Evils but little about the deadliest among those Seven Deadliest Evils, that of avarice/greed. 1 Timothy 6:10

"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil." Every animal and insect on the planet practices communal Distributive Justice except some men. We should be doing what is best for all, not merely what is best for the most selfish, arrogant and greedy. We do not need 2% of the world's population owning more than 50% of the wealth, and 5% of Americans owning 71% of the wealth.

Confiscating that wealth which gives men the power to bribe lawmackers and run nations, overriding our democracy, would not be very difficult, because the middle and lower classes greatly outnumber the richest people and thus we have the vote to allow freedom to reign once again in America. What we do not have is the ear of the lawmakers... yet. So, we MUST Criminalize Avarice/Evil and then and go find the villains, arrest them and confiscate their wealth including lands and use it to fund Distributive Justice and bring the jobs outsourced overseas back home to America.

Then if the USA truly wishes to root out all terrorists, American can do as Jesus commanded, when he said, "why do you try to remove a speck from the eye of your brother while a log juts out of your own?" Luke 6: 42. Jesus was speaking directly to GW Bush and Barack Obama about hypocrisy .

Charity begins at home and so does justice. So, then let's, bring home the troops and mandate them to support true Democracy by supporting true justice and arresting our enemies here at home, starting with those who practice evil with violent acts and those who are filled with greed and those who are economic Terrorists. Then and only then when there is no beam or log in our eye, may we seek out those overseas which have a speck in theirs. Or maybe just let their own people tend to that.

What punishment should we dole out to these terrorists?, I say drop them on a large island having each group on a different side of that island and drop between the Economic Terrorists and the violent terrorists, one half the amount of food and medical supplies they would need, and twice the number of weapons and ammunition they would need and each month thereafter cut in half the food and medical necessities and double the weapons and ammunition, which is exactly what they are trying to do to us. Oh, and let us not forget to do ample spraying of that island with pesticides and herbicides just as they now do to us.
