Thousands Evacuated In Philippines Floods

Manila and much of the island of Luzon is flooded after an epic 3.24m of rain fell in less than 24 hours. Initial reports say eight people were killed in a landslide in the Manila suburb of Quezon City. The floods cover much of the Philippines' most populated island Luzon. The floods came two and a half days after a typhoon swept through the Philippines leaving 50 dead.
