Manila and much of the island of Luzon is flooded after an epic 3.24m of rain fell in less than 24 hours. Initial reports say eight people were killed in a landslide in the Manila suburb of Quezon City. The floods cover much of the Philippines' most populated island Luzon. The floods came two and a half days after a typhoon swept through the Philippines leaving 50 dead. |
