Is the U.S. Constitution's Second Amendment (Right to Bear Arms) Still Relevant

    

The question posed is: "Is the Second Amendment to the Constitution (the right to keep and bear arms) relevant in today's society?"

The question is focused on the issues of a Constitutionally stated right to weapons ownership by private citizens. 

Yes. It is still relevant for sport, self defense and to resist government tyranny.
No. We now have societal organizations and processes to make it obsolete.
