Why I am no longer voting Democratic but still bring down (P)resident Bush and the Republican Senate and House.

::::::::

This Tuesday, we have the opportunity to Bring Down The House of Bush. If you vote for the Democrats instead of the Republicans, the Democrats will once again rule the House and the Senate. Congressman John Conyers Jr. D-MI 14th would become the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee and could possibly bring impeachment proceedings against (P)resident (sic) Bush even though possible new House Speaker Nancy Pelosi D-CA 8th says that impeachment is off the table.

In New Jersey, we have a Senate race between appointed incumbent Robert Menendez D-Hoboken and his challenger State Senator Thomas Kean Jr. R-Westfield 21st. He is the son of former New Jersey governor Thomas Kean Sr. who was head commissioner on the 9/11 Commission. Lately the polls have showed this a dead heat after Senator Menendez had a comfortable 9-point lead. The reasoning for his loss is not known. It could have been because of John Kerry's flub of the joke but it could also be from his possible indictment of his role in being a landlord to a non-profit organization receiving federal funds while he was lobbying for it to receive federal funds. Whereas Mr. Kean is not well known and he is Republican and he is too liberal to members of his own party. The fallout from the war in Iraq and the Mark Foley scandal may hurt Nr. Kean's chances.

But Mr. Menendez though he originally vote for Arlen Specter's bill to save Habeas Corpus, voted with Senator Frank Lautenberg D-Edgewater Park with the Republicans to pass the Military Commissions Act. This vile piece of trash took away Habeas Corpus and can possibly stand to take any American off the street that (P)resident Bush deems an enemy combatant for any reason, put him in van, place him in one over approximately 800 gulags that are already built around the country http://www.apfn.org/apfn/camps1.htm, or send him to one of the American secret camps around the world, subject him to possible torture by the people in those countries, not be given the chance to defend him without a lawyer, and the fact that he may never be seen or heard from again. Just look at the "prisoners of war" in Guantanamo Bay. So Senator Menendez has shown to me that he cannot be trusted to vote properly. He has voted too many times with the Republicans on issues that hurt us. I spoke with one of his aides one time and his aide kept saying that he voted against sending more troops to Iraq. But I said to him, but he votes to send more appropriates to Iraq. The vote was 98-0. He doesn't send more troops but he sends more money. I understand sending more money but voting against the appropriations would also send a message. I have also distanced myself from Congressman Rob Andrews D-Haddon Heights 1st. He on 2 separate occasions has refused to get on board with impeachment of (P)resident (sic) Bush. He sees no reason to do so. So because of this I told him that I will no longer vote for him if he chooses to run again for any office. I will not even pull the lever for him on Tuesday. I would write in anybody else if I knew of a viable candidate. So on Tuesday I am voting for the Libertarian candidate Len Flynn.

Mr. Flynn is for smaller government, repealing that awful Patriot Act, bringing the troops home NOW, restoring noninterventional foreign policy, stopping the reckless spending and borrowing and ending the "fiscally catastrophic" war on drugs. He realizes that the 2 party system has bankrupted our country and we have no hope of paying our debts. So it's time that the other parties are given an equal share of the time that is given to the other 2 parties. If you want a fresh view on things, vote the incumbents out but vote for a third party. That is what I am doing.

Where is the First Amendment on this website? Just like Bush, a piece of paper used like toiet paper.
