'Ed Asner, our dear friend and fellow Lawyers' Committee board member, died this past Sunday, August 29, 2021. He was 91 years of age. We are all deeply saddened by his passing. His courage and leadership in life was an inspiration to us. God Bless Ed and his Family.

There will be a tribute to him at the Lawyers' Committee 9/11 20th anniversary event. As was previously planned, he would have given the welcome address' - David R Meiswinkle, Esq, President/Executive Director, The Lawyers Committee for 9/11 Inquiry. #WTC7. #PrePlantedExplosives.
