Ode to "Scooter" Libby

What a team player you are, Scooter!

With you there, Cheney never had to worry.

And your nickname just couldn't be cuter,

But your story failed to convince the jury.

Seems you tackled your job like a Roto-rooter,

But you said your memory went all blurry-

You're a man, after all, not a computer!

But your story failed to convince the jury.

As awakenings go, it couldn't be ruder:

Taking a fall for Rove and Cheney-off they scurry!

Are they guilty? The question couldn't be mooter:

They'll never go before any jury.
