Many people think that Trump is a traitor, crazy and too aggressive. But this is not true. Trump is simply using the political Jackpot called "the lack of alternative to the USA" in international life. This Jackpot was created by generations of American politicians to gain US dominance in the world and reform American society! It was Donald Trump who had the honor of using this.

US Political Jackpot

The US has achieved such power that in many areas of international politics and economics there are no alternatives to the US. The lack of alternatives has given the US a new opportunity. This opportunity to make any political decisions without thinking about the reaction of the international community. Ukraine is the most powerful example confirming this.⁽¹⁾

The idea that Biden was a friend of Ukraine and Trump is an enemy of Ukraine is wrong. In fact, Biden and Trump were jointly implementing the same thing. This thing was dedicated to the good of the United States. Biden lured the Europeans and Russians into a trap. And Trump got the maximum benefit from it. In fact, the United States encouraged the confrontation between the EU and Russia, but then sharply reduced the potential of the Europeans and deprived the EU of the opportunity to defeat Russia. As a result, both sides of the conflict, the EU and Russia, became critically dependent on the United States. This allowed American politicians to extract maximum dividends from the results of the war in Ukraine. ⁽²⁾

The extraction of benefits required such contradictory political decisions that many people see Trump's actions as a betrayal of the interests of the United States, Europe and, of course, Biden's policies. But these people can be outraged as much as they want. These people can do nothing. There is no alternative to the United States in many areas of international economics and politics. Therefore, the world, experiencing a contradictory reaction, watches as the United States extracts benefits from someone else's fight. American politicians can do whatever they want without political consequences. This is a jackpot in politics!

The Hidden Threat to US National Security

But as in any other story, not everything is as simple as it seems at first glance. Political power in the United States is based on the will of voters. In order to give this political power greater flexibility, Republicans and Democrats have polarized the preferences of their voters. That is, the large difference in the preferences of Republican voters from the preferences of Democratic voters gives US politicians the opportunity to make opposite political decisions in the event of gaining power.

The strong political division of American society gives US politicians great room to maneuver. It is almost impossible to defeat the US because American politics bends like a hose in any direction when it is necessary for the benefit of the American state. US politics can turn 360 degrees. But this is achieved at such a high price that it creates an unexpected threat to US national security. And this threat is hidden inside, not outside the US. The threat consists of two main parts:

1. Fierce confrontation between Republican and Democratic voters;

2. Voters' lack of understanding of the essence of the events taking place.

Foreign countries are trying to exploit this. Unable to crush the US in an open confrontation, foreigners are trying to manipulate American voters. Various countries are doing this. But at the moment, the most active are the Europeans, who have found themselves under attack due to the abrupt change in US international policy.⁽³⁾

Working on American voters

For the first time since Roosevelt's famous Carnegie Hall speech in October 1915, American politicians are once again faced with the need to emphasize that "hyphenated Americanism" is no longer acceptable.⁽⁴⁾ At the beginning of the last century, this statement was more about Germany; now it is about the EU.

The confrontation between Democratic and Republican voters needs to be reduced for the good of the United States. And for this to happen, the opinions of voters in both political parties need to come a little closer.

American voters also need to know more about the truth about the real nature of world events and the actions of the US government. Knowing "Who's Who in America" will help strengthen the connection between politicians and voters.

Donald Trump does a lot to accomplish these tasks. And this much can be called Donald Trump's internal war to strengthen the power of the United States! However, as in the case of Ukraine or NATO,⁽⁵⁾ the Republicans act together with the Democrats.

Let's be honest. A detailed account of US domestic policy should be written by an author with a large amount of knowledge in this area. The author of this article is not such a person. And it is still too early to detail the internal political processes in the US. But now we can describe the general directions of Trump's political activity for the next 4 years as it is seen by a foreigner from outside the US.

Trump's main efforts will be aimed at reviving the "American Dream".⁽⁶⁾ In recent decades, this concept has been heavily diluted with foreign ideologies. The main one was the idea of "Atlanticism".⁽⁷⁾ In fact, the Europeans managed to deceive the Americans. The EU forced the US to sacrifice economic benefits for the sake of ideological commonality. This is the main threat to the "American Dream". The US sponsored the EU with a trade deficit⁽⁸⁾ and most of the NATO expenses.⁽⁹⁾ As a result, the EU was able to strengthen and become a competitor to the US.⁽³⁾ Perhaps it was the EU that caused the US to lack resources to contain China. This country⁽¹⁰⁾ is trying to break free from American control and has threatened the US's lack of alternatives in many areas of international life.

The American dream will be strengthened by uniting the nation around new, gigantic and profitable economic projects. Even if these projects are as crude as the development of the "Wild West". ⁽¹¹⁾ Trump's ideas about the Panama Canal,⁽¹²⁾ Greenland⁽¹³⁾ and Canada⁽¹⁴⁾ correspond to this. In addition, Trump will open Russia to the United States.⁽¹⁵⁾ All these scandalous political decisions can be made while there is no alternative to the United States in international politics!

At the same time, Trump will convince US voters not to love Europeans more than to love America. It will be a blow to the idea of "Atlanticism". This will be the main thing for reducing foreign influence on Americans. For many US voters, this will be an unpleasant shock. But for the prosperity of the US, the unpleasant truth is more important than the false comfort required by Europeans! Already now, relations between the US and the EU are tense.⁽¹⁶⁾

In fact, the US political leadership is making the same anti-European lesson as Putin.⁽¹⁷⁾ But the methods of work of American politicians with voters are more humane and effective.

Of course, these actions in the economic and ideological spheres will reduce the US communication with the international community. But America will still remain the world hegemon due to the lack of an alternative to US leadership!

Democrats will help Trump's actions in a very unusual way. Democrats' help will consist of an ineffective policy of opposition. Of course, in order to maintain control over the world, the US Democratic Party will criticize Trump's actions. The world must have an ally inside the US :) But referring to the heavy defeat during the 2024 presidential elections, the Democratic Party will demonstrate impotence, confusion and a desire for renewal.

The update will be the main topic for the Democrats. After all, Trump's international initiatives will greatly change the electoral field (voters) of the USA.

Trump is strengthening America's manufacturing sector.⁽¹⁸⁾ People working in the manufacturing sector prefer to support the Republican Party rather than the Democratic Party.⁽¹⁹⁾ The Democratic electorate, consisting of representatives of other industries, will shrink and lose influence.

Democrats will have to come up with ideas that are attractive to potential Republican voters. And to do this, Democrats will have to become ideologically close to Republicans. This will reduce the degree of confrontation between voters of the two parties and increase their knowledge of the truth of many events. This will eliminate an unexpected threat to US national security. Of course, this will reduce the US's opportunities for maneuver in the international arena. But after Trump's actions, a new need for this will be unlikely in the near future. Therefore, a change in the domestic political situation in the US will not critically affect America's international capabilities.
