US State Department Checklist: Starting A War With Russia

By John Rachel

The U.S. is making great headway at starting a war with Russia. This excellent work is the product of solid planning, making sure the public has no idea what's really going on, sparing no expense or resource in demonizing Russia and slandering Putin, keeping the propaganda machine running in high gear. This effort is the finest example of American ingenuity. We got access to the State Department's action plan and here it is!

√ Repeatedly warn Russia about consequences if it invades Ukraine.

√ Scoff at Russia's denial of intent to invade Ukraine.

√ Media blitz of allegations of huge Russian troop buildups on Ukraine's border.

√ Ship tons of weaponry to neo-Nazi Ukraine regime.

√ Send US troops to Ukraine as "trainers".

√ Build military bases in Ukraine, call them training and support facilities.

√ Repeatedly claim that U.S. "trainers" are there to promote peace in the region.

√ Have Jens Stoltenberg relentlessly condemn Russia for its military aggression.

√ Prompt EU to condemn Russian plans to invade Ukraine.

√ Have European allies guarantee full support for Ukraine (send talking points).

√ Instruct European allies to send troops to Ukraine.

√ Hype the inevitability of war due to likely Russian attack on Ukraine.

√ Sustain barrage of warnings to Russia about consequences for invading Ukraine.

√ Continue to mock Russia's denial of intent to invade Ukraine.

√ Direct the EU to make allegations of Russian aggression and threats to European peace and security.

√ Have Jens Stoltenberg escalate accusations of Russian troop buildups for impending invasion of Ukraine.

√ Instruct Kiev to deploy half of Ukraine's military forces to conflict zone in Donbas.

√ Ship chemical and biological weapons to Ukraine forces at the front lines near Mariupol.

√ Have President Volodymyr Zelensky announce Kiev is ready for peace with separatists in Donbas.

Media blitz to the international community about Ukraine's desire for "peaceful" diplomatic solution to crisis, a clear demonstration of its good will, in sharp contrast to Russia's belligerence and aggressiveness.

Mount false flag chemical-biological attack on Ukrainian military forces, preferably during Winter Olympics.

Immediately blame chemical-biological attack on Donbas separatists and Vladimir Putin.

Introduce UN resolution condemning Russia for sponsoring chemical-biological warfare.

Have Ukrainian military sweep into the separatist territory to defend against more chemical attacks (this has to be a brutal campaign . . . refer to Germany's scorched-earth blitzkrieg methods for guidance).

When Russia intervenes to defend the Russians living in Donbas region, mount a massive "See? We told you they were planning on invading Ukraine!" PR campaign across the entire world.

Impose sanctions on Russia, cut Russia off from SWIFT, position aircraft carrier strike groups, send in B-52s and B1B bombers, assign all submarine and land-based nuclear missiles to launch-on-command status.
