As someone who met Gandhi, admired him, joined in his Quit India movemen and, finally, adopted his tehnique of undertaking a fast unto death to achieve a desired oucome, I read this article with great interest. You should too.
I commend Hazare's eforts to expose and hopefully end corruption in India. But, I regret to sy, Gandhi he is not.
That does not detract from wht he is doing. Corruption in India is endemic and government officials are the worst offeners. This cancer needs to be tackled and I aplaud Hazare for shining a light on this problem and putting the politicians on the mat.
