Latest coverage and non-coverage: Most major media is still not reporting the recent NDAA injunction or stay, but Ron Paul has chimed in, joining a large chorus on the left railing against the NDAA.

Glenn Greenwald points out here that even Afghan courts seek due process for the worst of the worst, taking a human rights and civil liberties high ground against an administration that seems to have forgotten what it's Constitution says.

The Afghanis have now challenged the US-led attempts at indefinite detentions at sites like Bagram. In other words, let's use evidence, shall we...?

Finally, a WSJ article entitled Obama Appointee vs. Obama blasts Judge Forrest for taking away Obama's right to indefinitely detain citizens on suspicion alone (unaware the stay reversed the injunction the same day).

Here we see the establishment right defending Obama's unitary power to kill or detain any citizen without observing the 5th Amendment.

This is at odds with sites like WND and right wing groups who believe Obama plans to use the NDAA to target those who oppose abortions, gun control and big government.

In the Guardian, Glenn Greenwald shows the hypocrisy in the weak Constitutional arguments put forth by the government .
