Vigilant Warrior simulated a "live-fly" hijacking, meaning that one or more jets were in the sky that morning, simulating the real thing. Vigilant Warrior also placed false radar blips on ATC screens. This masked the four "real" hijacked planes by simulating as many as 21 separate hijackings. Controllers couldn't tell which were actual threats. Later that day, an FAA official illegally destroyed a recording of controllers' recollections.
Both a civilian and a CIA exercise on 9/11 simulated airplanes crashing into buildings. The civilian drill evacuated employees of the National Reconnaissance Office just when they would have been observing their satellite screens showing the 9/11 attacks.
Oddly, the 9/11 Commission barely mentioned these exercises, citing only one in a footnote and ignoring the rest.
Now to London. On 7/7/05, the private firm Visor Associates ran a mock bombing drill involving three train stations and a double-decker bus. As the exercise began, bombs exploded at those same three stations and, about an hour later, on that same bus route.
Despite continuing official refusal to investigate it, this history is well documented in mainstream sources. Our goal is simply to expose these improbable coincidences and the serious questions they raise.
We leave feverish predictions to the experts, such as Vice President Cheney. He warned us in April that "the greatest threat now is 'a 9/11' occurring with a group of terrorists armed not with airline tickets and box cutters, but with a nuclear weapon in the middle of one of our own cities... it's a very real threat." We note that Cheney was in charge to "prepare" us for terror attacks on 9/11. You can check your own temperature on that.
