U.S. Service Academy Graduates Oppose Bombing Syria There is no strategic or tactical or moral benefit to the United States for bombing Syria. We refuse to accept another political adventure into the carnage of war. We spoke out for the innocent victims of the Iraq war and today we speak for all the innocent Syrian victims past and perhaps to come. In all aspects, bombing Syria is exactly the wrong thing to do. Now is the time for dialogue not dynamite.

"Adil" Means "just" in Arabic My wife's uncle, Adil, was shot and killed in cold blood in a Damascus street. He had no blackmail money. He was poor. So he was shot. He was shot by killers financed and organized by the USA and Turkey, in particular by Barack Obama and Turkey's prime minister and prime collaborator.

LETTER TO PRESIDENT OBAMA regarding deteriorating conditions in Turkey. Mr. President, last May you came to Turkey and spoke so glowingly of Atatürk. And now you condone and encourage his enemies. What happened? I despair that history shall record that the democratic, secular republic of Turkey, founded by Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, was destroyed by vile criminal elements that came to power to do America's bidding.

Dreams from My President: Obama Sails to Byzantium Regarding President Obama's visit...Hoşgeldiniz (Welcome), Mr. President, but you were addressing people who now live on the dark side of the moon. Wrong people. Wrong country. Wrong time. The brutal truth is that the country that was the realized dream of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk has turned into a nightmare.

TURKEY- Slouching in Democracy Constitutionally guaranteed rights are routinely violated by the government. Police violence is rampant. Vocal left wing opposition are in jail under an unconstitutional scam called Ergenekon. The Turkish judicial system is in shreds. The army is defamed and seems powerless. Religious rule lurks. Hello! Hello! Poverty, corruption, unemployment, and hopelessness rage. But most Turks don't seem to be the least upset, as may wel

Letter to President Obama: Turkey in an Arena of Trials I have now lived in Istanbul, Turkey for nine years. Over these years a "reality" has set in regarding our beloved country, America. I write to you today, Mr. President, to warn you about conditions in Turkey. "The world," wrote Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, "is an arena of trials." And the Bush policy of making Turkey a "moderate Islamic republic" has been an arena of disasters. Mr. President.

THE ISRAELI-AMERICAN KILLING MACHINE The tentacles of God's bloody instruction have been embraced as a political policy by the ancient Israelites, the papacy in Rome, the new world colonizing countries, the early government of the United States, and the current governments of the United States and its favorite strategic partner-in-crime, Israel. It reaches back four thousand years. It has been a disgraceful, bloor-ridden legacy.

Forget Armenia, Turks Should Condemn American Indian Genocide It is high time that Turkey takes the offensive on the matter of genocide. In this day of widespread destruction, it is high time to remind America, Americans, and their government, that they are up to their ancestral elbows in the blood of the American Indians. The Turkish government must condemn the American Indian Genocide, or itself be condemned.

Turkey!s "Undemocratic" Constitution The furor regarding the case accepted by Turkey's highest court that could result in the banishment of the AKP ruling party makes me laugh out loud. Never forget that in the name of democracy, the institution that brought the Bush regime to power was none other than the Supreme Court of the United States. A judicial coup? Don't make me laugh harder. No one said a word about that.
