On March 28, 2009, ABC Evening News reported on my muse; Brenda Starr, the fictional red headed ace investigative journalist who was laid off due to the economy.

When I was a child my dream was to grow up and become Brenda Starr, but I had forgotten all about that dream until it resurrected in June 2005 as a desire to follow in the footsteps of Dorothy Day, who agitated church, state and media in the 20th century.
