A friend sent a story (no link) concerning the town of Springdale in NW Ark. Micronesians do not enjoy public health insurance by the US. Article above says Springdate has increased # of leprosy cases. Author is Mary Marsh. This link has important background on the people who work in poultry processing, etc. I ask others to expand on this issue.
