The Judgment of History; Or Why the Breaking of the Oligarchs Avenges President Kennedy's Assassination--Part One

It has been fifty years since President Kennedy was murdered in the bright autumn sun of Dallas, Texas. There has been a hue and cry from the American people for the truth about his murder ever since Walter Cronkite announced his death to the nation at 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time on November 22, 1963. It is my belief, supported by so much circumstantial and direct evidence to be in my mind beyond not only reasonable doubt, but beyond any doubt at all, that President Kennedy died because of the conspiracy of a small cabal at the highest levels of power in our nation: politically; socially; economically; militarily; and criminally.
The group of oligarchs who I believe were directly responsible for this crime, as well as those who have, in the time since, most benefited from the effects of this heinous act, have been careful to avoid revealing--or having revealed--the entire truth to the American people for fifty years. They know that if the truth ever came out, the American people would rise up and destroy the oligarchs and their power beyond any hope of their recovering it for a century. There are certain families in the "power elite," as C. Wright Mills once called them, who would be able to hold family reunions in janitor's closets; so many of their family members would be imprisoned, living in exile in nations without extradition treaties with the United States, or strung-up by incensed mobs of American citizens.
This is not the first time in the last century that the oligarchic power structure that underlies so much of our nation's economy has attempted to seize power from a popular and progressive President, who the oligarchs considered a traitor to their class. In 1933, a group, including members of the Du Pont Family and the J.P. Morgan banking concern, plotted to overthrow President Franklin Roosevelt. They desired to set up a fascist state similar to Mussolini's Italy, using an army of American Legion members, led by retired Marine Major General Smedley Butler. Fortunately, General Butler was a true patriot who could not be bought--something the plotters had probably never had to deal with before, and he exposed the plutocratic conspiracy to members of Congress.
Unfortunately, these fascist oligarchs had enough economic clout to prevent the McCormack-Dickstein Congressional Committee from taking any action against them, and the truth was buried in an internal, secret report. This report was uncovered by John Spivak in 1967, and reported upon in his book A Man in His Time (New York: Horizon Press, 1967), demonstrating the duplicity of individuals including FDR's long time New York rival, Al Smith. The report by the Warren Commission, the "official" version of what happened that November afternoon in Dallas was attacked as facile and incomplete by men like Penn Jones, Jr., Harold Weisberg and Mark Lane from the instant of its publication. The so-called "magic bullet" theory--put forth by committee counsel Arlen Spector in an attempt to explain the wounds to the President, Texas Governor John Connally, and bystander James Tague--was deemed impossible under the laws of physics and physiology by these men. The failure to investigate the relationship between accused assassin Lee Harvey Oswald, his killer Jack Ruby, and various members of Organized Crime, the CIA, the Pentagon, Cuban exiles, and wealthy right-wing extremists in the military-industrial complex, have cast further doubt on the Commission's findings.
In 1969, Jesse B. Curry, the Chief of the Dallas Police Department at the time of President Kennedy's assassination, published a book entitled JFK Assassination File . Chief Curry's 135-page book was sold exclusively at the Texas-based Southland Corporation's 7-11 chain of stores nationwide, which makes it as hard to come by as a Chicago Cubs World Series triumph in the last century. In that book is a photograph from Police Chief Curry's private collection, showing two spent shell casings and one live round recovered from the "sniper's nest" on the Sixth Floor of the Texas School Book Depository (TSBD).
I learned of Chief Curry's book shortly after my last OpEdNews article on President Kennedy's assassination, July 19, 2012's " A Festering Wound ," which I added as a comment [edited for clarity]:
"On page 88 of Chief Curry's book (according to the chapter by James H. Fetzer PhD., 'Jesse Curry's JFK Assassination File : Could Oswald Have Been Convicted;' from the book Murder in Dealey Plaza: What We Know Now That We Didn't Know Then About the Death of JFK ; James H. Fetzer PhD., editor; Catfeet Press; Peru, Illinois; copyright 2000; pp.361-70), there is an evidence photo[, which is included in Professor Fetzer's book,] showing Lee Harvey Oswald's pants, jacket, revolver, the paper he allegedly wrapped the 6.5mm Mannlicher-Carcano carbine in so he could carry it into work, Oswald's identification papers, (including his DD 1173--issued September 1959--a document issued to civilian employees of the Defense Department to insure that they can receive medical treatment at military facilities), two spent shell casings , one live rifle round [, or possibly a dud round ] , and several large (visible to the naked eye) metal bullet fragments that were removed from Governor John Connally's wrist at Parkland Memorial Hospital. [Emphasis added.]"
"If as Curry claimed, these fragments came from Connally's wrist, then the nearly pristine (loss of less than 2% of its original mass according to the Warren Report) CE399 cannot be the bullet that entered the President's back at a downward angle, passed through his body with an upward trajectory, exited his throat, miraculously changed direction both horizontally and vertically, went through the Governor's back and chest (breaking ribs), shatter the wrist, and end up barely lodged in the Governor's thigh, where it fell out, onto a stretcher (where it was later discovered after he was moved to a treatment table, and the stretcher was left in the hall by the elevators) when Governor Connally was taken into Trauma Room 2 at Parkland Memorial Hospital."
