| Was Saddam Drugged; Is Osama Already
Captured? And the real issue is....

We've seen that unkempt, overgrown bearded face over and over again.
This is not the Saddam of history. He's groggy and confused. He looks
drugged. That's what reader after reader has said, including doctors who
know what it looks like, and with my ex-psychiatric emergency team
background, that's what it looks like to me too. And, as I turn on CNN,
Saddam's daughter also insists that her father was drugged. "My
father is drugged. I am 100% convinced."
It's probably not too hard to find out. They did a DNA test on him.
They have blood samples. Do the tests. My guess is they already know the
answer. They already made the decision and gave the orders. DRUG THE
PRISONER AND KEEP HIM DRUGGED UNTIL WE PICK HIM UP.
Because it seems more and more likely that Saddam was already a
prisoner of captors either working for the Bush administration's secret
corps of mercenaries or the Bush administration's secret military teams,
holding Saddam prisoner until Kommander Karl Rove decided it was time to
distract the media with another tidbit.
Then we have former UN ambassador Madeline Albright suggesting that
maybe they already have Osama. And you wonder. Do they? Could they? Would
they?
And the truth is, you know in your heart, they would if they could. And
this is the frightening, heart clenching, tragic situation patriotic
Americans face today. We are watching our country being run, and run into
the ground by a group of media manipulating liars who will do ANYTHING to
keep, consolidate and build their power. The idea of the president and his
people intentionally misleading the public is easy to swallow, easy to
believe.
They will endanger our troops, endanger our spies (Joe Wilson's Wife)
trash our economy, throw millions out of work, ruin the environment... and
more. So, when we hear that maybe they've already caught Osama, we wonder
and we find this speculation credible. It's credible because the
leadership in the whitehouse and in the congress-- like Tom DeLay and
Orrin Hatch and Bill Frist-- will go to almost any extreme to keep what
they have. They've already shown how ugly and corrupt they can get.
When we think about electronic elections, we can now be aware that
formerly jailed felons -- frauds, dope addicts, software programmers who
falsified records were given jobs working on processing sensitive
elections.
You have to ask yourself. Do we still live in a democracy, or is there
just a dead, empty shell remaining, a chimeral illusion that keeps true
patriots from raising arms and attempting to take back a stolen country?
I no longer support gun control. We need the right to bear arms to
defend ourselves from encroachments upon our freedoms. The problem is, the
people we need to protect ourselves from may no longer be the conventional
thieves. Sinclair Lewis wrote a book, It
Can't Happen Here that described a USA
taken over by corrupt, right wing thugs. It is a frightening vision that
was inspired, in the mid 1930s by the the rising power of Adolph Hitler.
But it has never seemed so real as in these times, with the US attorney
General being rebuked for violations of the law, with republicans in state
after state gerrymandering honest representation out of existence...
Was Saddam drugged? Probably. Are the people of the US drugged, in a
stupor of disbelief and unwillingness to accept the countless frauds and
corruptions, the attacks on democracy, the attacks on our freedoms, the
dilutions of our rights by also handing them to corporations? Probably.
Coming off drugs can be a painful experience. But it's time we all saw
through clear lenses. This is our country. It's been stolen and now
they're raping and beating it up and lying and lying and what are we going
to do about it? I write. I publish a website. At the least, YOU can
contribute to causes, to candidates, to the new think tanks that are
fighting to beat bush, to clean up electronic voting, to get instant
run-off voting, to put restraints back on out of control
mega-corporations. You can help to wake up the people you know. Forward
articles. Call or email your representatives. Vote. Ask yourself what you
can do for your country. Ask yourself every day what you can do, what
you've done and could you do more. Then start the next day and try harder.
