Richard Morrow

Former telecommunications traffic engineer who designed most of the western part of the Worldcom network for companies Worldcom acquired. Left the field fortuitously in 1993 for programming. Unfortuitously stayed in the programming field after millions of cheap foreign IT workers were imported to replace American programmers. Two time whistle blower, first in Telecommunications when I discovered and corrected over $18,000,000 in routing errors. Second time as a programmer when I sued clients and pierced the veil between two corporations and three officers proving perjury. Introduced as evidence incidences of violations of sole source bidding procedures in multistate election oversight agencies, the Federal Election Commission and voting fraud in gaming initiatives, along with evidence of inside trading , bribery and corruption.
