Prison inmate lawyer Eric K'napp is retaliated against by Warden Frank X. Chavez for filing a lawsuit, grievances and for speaking to journalists about human rights abuses inside Sierra Conservation Center. Bounced from prison to prison, he is being put on a bus to a Chino Institute for Men dormitory after eight years of being single-celled against recommendations of the San Quentin crisis team.
