A Humanist, Jennifer has a degree in Cognitive Linguistics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She has been a human rights advocate since she was a teenager and focused the majority of her early work on the abolition of the death penalty. More recently, she has been actively promoting Humanist values and progressive activism. She publishes a weekly podcast "Humanist Thought of the Week," one minute thoughts about how to be a better person. Hypothetical Pardons
There is clearly a movement on the right to have Bush pardon Libby. And, I have been wondering, why on earth would the laity of the right even care about Libby. And after thinking on this a bit, I think I may have come up with a reasonable hypothesis on why this groundswell is taking place.
