Are Corporations Inherently Corrupt?
(1 comments) With regard to alternative concepts of morality, corporations - apart from non-profits - exemplify the most pernicious as limited utilitarian entities, which seek to maximize benefits to themselves, regardless of the consequences for others or for society. Exploiting resources, minimizing wages, evading taxes and promoting monopolies are among their favorite tactics. Their vast powers need to be constrained, not expanded.

Birds of a Feather: Subverting the Constitution at Harvard Law
(1 comments) Cass Sunstein and Adrian Vermuele of the Harvard School of Law advocate restrictions on the First Amendment to preclude discussion of conspiracies. They have recommended that JFK assassination researchers and 9/11 truth groups should be infiltrated by government agents to subvert them and provoke them into violations of the law for which they might be arrested. They are opposing conspiracy theories by advocating a conspiracy.

THE DARTMOUTH JFK-PHOTO FIASCO
(10 comments) A Dartmouth computer scientist, Hany Farid, claims that it is "extremely unlikely" that backyard photographs of accused assassin Lee Harvey Oswald are fake based on a digital analysis of shadows. Had he conducted a literature search, he would have known that the shadows are but one of multiple indications of fakery. Even if he were right about the shadows, he would be wrong about the photos, one of which was on LIFE's cover.

More 9/11 Rubbish: This time from National Geographic, no less
(5 comments) The National Geographic Channel's recent, “9/11: Science and Conspiracy”, is a blatant attempt to suppress and distort objective data that contradicts the official account. Its major arguments—related to the melting of steel, the controlled demolition of the Twin Towers, the use of thermite to bring them down, and the Boeing 757 hit at the Pentagon—were based upon fallacies I spent 35 years teaching students to avoid.

Is 9/11 Research "Anti-Semitic"?
(22 comments) Attacks upon 9/11 research have reached an extreme point where FOX host Glenn Beck has gone so far as to claim the 9/11 truth movement is a threat to the national security of the US. Comparisons with Holocaust deniers are rampant. Yet there is no basis for that analogy and the only "threat" to national security is the one posed by exposing 9/11 as having been "an inside job", for which there is extensive and powerful proof.

Arlen Specter and The "Magic" Bullet
(6 comments) As a junior member of the Warren Commission staff, Arlen Specter was responsible for the defense of the "magic bullet" theory, which claims that a bullet--allegedly fired by Lee Harvey Oswald--hit the back of JFK's neck, passed through to exit his throat without hitting any bony structures, and caused multiple wounds to Governor John Connally. This claim, which is provably false, was used to deceive the American people.

Zapruder JFK Film Impeached by Moorman JFK Polaroid
(15 comments) A debate raging within the JFK research community over a photo taken by a bystander named "Mary Moorman" has yielded unexpected benefits in impeaching the most famous film of events in Dealey Plaza, which is attributed to Abraham Zapruder. The photo shows JFK's head was not turned dramatically to the left, which means that the medical evidence of a massive defect to the back of his head serves to falsify "the Zapruder film".

These positions are rooted in theological doctrines about ensoulment at the moment of conception as articles of faith that cannot be justified on the basis of objective scientific investigation. Another Attempted Reenactment of the Death of JFK

But it makes so many gratuitous assumptions and is contradicted by so much readily available evidence that it has no forensic significance. Sites from which shots were actually fired, for example, were not tested, and the only value of this latest documentary appears to be to dupe the unwary.

John McCain: Morally, Mentally, and Emotionally Unfit

New Proof of Video Fakery on 9/11

Libertarian assails Iran myth
Libertarian Congressional candidate Kevin Barrett, who is challenging Democratic incumbent Ron Kind in Wisconsin's Third District, has demanded that Kind retract his claim that the President of Iran has called for Israel to be "wiped off the map", which Barrett maintains is a false and libelous statement based on a misattribution and a more serious mistranslation. It is being used as propaganda to promote a new war with Iran.

Hillary's Favorite Fallacies
Any student of logic has to be astonished that the five most important arguments being advanced on behalf of Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination are fallacious. Some of them, such as that, since she prevailed over Obama in certain large states, such as Pennsylvania, Obama would be unable to win those states in the general election, are even being featured on the front page of The New York Times. They are not true.

What's Wrong with Rev. Wright?
(6 comments) Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr., pastor of Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, gave a sermon at the school's Andrew Rankin Memorial Chapel in Washington on January 15, 2006. It is now being used to drive a wedge between Obama and his followers. Most of his black supporters believe what Wright has had to say, but many of his white supporters do not. The political trap laid can be avoided by separating truth from fiction.

The Court has now made the suit public.

(2 comments) The evidence suggests the US was able to kill Saddam Hussein within three weeks of our intervention in Iraq, but that his assassination violated Executive Orders signed by three presidents. Plans for a celebration of "Mission Accomplished" had to be drastically revised, since it would make Bush vulnerable to international criticism. Saddam was 'resurrected' by means of a double, who was captured, tried, and presumably hanged.

This comes as a new witness reports explosions inside the building early that morning, long before the building would be destroyed at 5:20 PM. This reinforces Scholars for 9/11 Truth previous finding that WTC-7 was a controlled demolition, which the government is trying to conceal.

Purdue 9/11 simulation exposed as fraud: Media covers up hoax and conceals crimes
(2 comments) A study of the Purdue 9/11 simulation of the collapse of the South Tower has exposed it as a fraud. Nick Irving, a new member of Scholars for 9/11 Truth, has shown the simulation was based upon false data, the fire could not have caused bare steel to weaken, whether the steel was fireproofed does not matter, and it doesn't even include a collapse. It was meant to cover up the 9/11 hoax and protect the responsible parties.

New Study from Pilots for 9/11 Truth: No Boeing 757 Hit the Pentagon
(22 comments) Pilots for 9/11 Truth obtained black box data from the government under the Freedom of Information Act for AA Flight 77, which The 9/11 Report claims hit the Pentagon. Analysis of the data contradicts the official account in direction, approach, and altitude. The plane was too high to hit lamp posts and would have flown over the Pentagon, not impacted with its ground floor.
