Why are sexists obsessing about Bill Clinton's zipper and ignoring Hillary's NOTHING contribution to America?

Who are these people who keep criticizing the allegedly destructive patterns of Bill Clinton, while talking about his wife like she was an angel of political courage and dignity who Bill keeps betraying and cursing with his male activities?

Granted, Bill doesn't seem to have a full deck these days. The charisma is still there but he shoots off his mouth in ways that are lose/lose for his family -- AND may also be lose/lose for the campaign of St. Hillary.

Well, she may be St. Hillary for the sexists, but she's not St. Hillary for the United States of America. To the contrary, it would be hard to find ONE Democratic Senator (maybe Joe *puke* Liebermann when he was even a token Democrat) who has a rubber stamp voting record for all of the most murderous and horrific agendas of George W. Bush! In short, St. Hillary for the pugs, but not St. Hillary for the progressive soul of America, which she has turned into her personal spittoon and by now it's filled to the brim.

So, how about just leaving their marriage alone? Jeez, all the people who want to reduce Hillary Clinton's treacherous record in Congress to some kind of brain dead microcosm of her saintly marriage to Bill.

Well, if you think this woman is a saint, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell you.

"Behind closed doors" SHOULD HAVE BEEN where all that infinitely personal material was left, but now comes the righteous grave diggers trying to make connections between (this is beyond surreal) Hillary’s contemptibly passive and cowardly "political" life, and unspoken marital dynamics. My God, it's her husband again! He's that dirty man who is trashing his saintly wife's Presidential campaign.

Look, Hillary is Hillary and Bill and Bill and it's no one's bloody business WHAT kind of marriage they have and what EACH of them must ultimately answer to. This was true before and it's still 100% true.

So if you're into sleazy gossip, why don't you broadcast what happens in your bedroom on national television, but if you're not, then God in heaven, leave the personal life of the Clinton's alone.

And PLEASE don't draw high schoolish conclusions about how their political life is a macrocosm of their personal life.

BUT MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL, don't let Hillary Clinton "off the hook” for being a one on a scale of one to ten for honorable and creative American politicians. FORGET Bill's zipper. Hillary is a dud. She's cowardice incarnate and spends most of her time sucking up to the elite/corporate status quo.

And if we make the TERRIBLE mistake of electing this liberal-hating woman, we will spend the next four years (at least) looking at a clone of George W. Bush in a dress.

Politics, politics, politics; that's the issue! NOT a soap opera marriage.

Chicago!

Lest we forget, she was brought up on Chicago politics. And only now is that fully apparent. Chicago politics means lying, stealing votes, voting twice, voting names on tombstones, and every other dirty trick you can think of, etcetera.

I spent eight years in Illinois dealing with Chicago bred politicians in their legeslature. I wouldn"t vote for her under any circumstance.

One's 'Personal Life' Does Matter

How a person lives his/her (life) *is* a reflection on the degree to which s/he practices what s/he states she holds to be most valuable in hir life. To keep hidden from others the errors and hopefully the wisdom gained from them is a disservice, when others can only make a knowledgeable assessment when all the information is available. This is an accepted practice when it comes to buying a product or service and why anonymity is so harmful to everyone. So why isn't this full disclosure (not simply financial income) common place when deciding whether to deal with another individual - especially when that other individual wants to be granted powers that are part of the US presidency?

Personally I'm not terribly concerned about the choices between Presidential candidates this year - which is really no more or less than other years I've seen in the past 20+ years. I'm not voting in this election and haven't in any since 1998 - I won't sanction the system by doing so. However, the idea that a candidate's (or anyone's) personal life has no bearing on the job/position s/he is seeking is erroneous. I think that it is up to the provider of that job to decide whether the job/position seeker's choices in all areas will likely affect performance - even though this may run counter to all current government regulations. I would ask a job/seeker who does not agree with conducting such a review of hirself, if s/he objects to reviews of products and services (including providers of them).

If a potential employer (or the majority of voters in this case) is incapable of reviewing a truly forthright presentation that includes negative experiences ("moment of truth") by a person with the resulting eventual positive learning and beneficial outcomes, then why would a candidate or applicant for a position want it? (And if there has been no eventual beneficial outcome, then the person isn't really ready for interactions with others.)

In the case of a political candidate, the eventual prize - power - is so desirable to those that seek government offices that they will do whatever they and/or their advisors (handlers) think will achieve it. Of course the current societal system of leaders and followers, with paternalism an overriding unspoken (even unrecognized by many) factor, leads to the game playing of which of those vying for leadership can weave the best stories to sway the majority of voters to be followers of that candidate.
