So the US may have killed Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi and Sheik Abdul Rahman. So What. Let's keep in mind the number of allegedly important "targets" the US claimed to kill, pick an Arab name, and use the media to blow him up into another major Al Qaeda fighter to keep george's image "blown up."
The Palestinians have been fighting the Jews since the last ice age in hell, and countless mid and lower level commanders have been killed. As time will tell, the Iraqis will continue and increase their activity against the United States. There will be more car bombs, suicide bombs, IDEs, beheadings and such until the US gets it's fat ass out of Iraq.
This war, like the one against the Palestinians, has no end in sight. The Iraqi people, as is even now the case with the Afghans, are unlikely to accept as government that which is established clearly as a product of the US and the Bush Regime. Clearly the US forces are strained to the limit of their endurance evidenced by the catastrophe at Kaditha.
With their video game mentality and no compunction whatever about lying to cover their asses, the Marines shot and killed men,women,children, babies, or anything than moved essentially. No mercy, no sign of human restraint or remorse. Just kill, kill, kill. One might say, "well look what the Iraqis are doing!" The Iraqis did nothing to deserve what the Bush Crime Family visited on them via their mentally crippled son George.
I've noticed George has taken a break calling himself "Commander in Chief." A moniker I'll bet he'd like to pass off to someone else.
He's back on the bottle and prescription drugs, anxiolytics for the more medically inclined. The US has laid wasted to the country of Iraq, once an oasis of civilization in the desert. Afghanistan has been a football for the US and the Russian's to kick around for decades.
Now George, despite the fact of his political and mental weakness, and despite the fact that the US Armed Forces are in a state of virtual chaos, and diminished to a serious degree, is saber rattling with Iran!
Now clearly someone with an alligator mouth and a canary ass (alliganary) such as any republican, but most certainly George would try to think for a second about running your mouth to a country that is NOT in a state of ruin such as Iraq.
The Iranians would have bested Hussein in Iran-Iraq war had it not been for the US. As one might recall, the US sold weapons to both sides.
The Iraqi's have no air force, or air defense system of any kind, and had none at the outset of this crime. None of this is the case with Iran.
If the US is taking an ass beating of the degree that presently exists, and everyone has PTSD as well, it isn't likely the US could survive a war with Iran.
I get a chuckle every time I hear some idiot talking about the US having the "mightiest" armed forces in the history of the world, which is lie of extreme proportions.
Well, if they can't win a war with a destroyed virtually unarmed country with all their "warriors" and "battle tested" war machine, how in hell do they expect to win an armed conflict with a country that actually IS prepared mentally and militarily to engage in a fuss with the US. Further, the Iranians may well have nuclear capability as well.
The US has nooooooooo problem starting these wars. Finishing and winning them seems a problem though. The US has nothing to be proud of. Sadly, it seems few hold this opinion.
So they killed a couple of people in the head office. Big Deal. As they and the world will see starting today, the bloodshed won't even slow.

I agree Ted. They claim this new government is going to stick, but it will fall apart, because it is an American accomplishment. The Iraqis did not form it. It was forced upon them by the United States. It is a puppet regime of the USA.
America is finding out the troubles that Saddam had, but at least his government was formed by him and supporting Iraqis. He didn't become the lethal dictator until the US prodded him into War against Iran. They blame Jimmy Carter for this, but in reality it stems from the same Republican code of failures when they installed the Shah of Iran, and then he was overthrown.
This is the same crap happening in Iraq now. America has installed a new puppet master in Iraq as they have done in Afghanistan.
Their biggest problem is that they don't realize you can't protect freedom. Once you start protecting it, you have lost freedom in the process.
Tell me why George Bush could not have made an agreement with Saddam in the run up to the War. How can we blame Saddam for invading Kuwait, when Kuwait was just as much a dictatorship as his regime? The reason they ousted Saddam was because Bushs wife Barbara's father owned oil wells there. They never told the American public about that. And so what was the difference; when Saddam invaded Iran, the US did not oust him from Iran? These politicians are so crazy I think.
They were fighting over oil prices, and Saddam was sick and tired of fighting America's enemy Iran, so he wanted his original territory back in payment, which was Kuwait.
Bush family has made a mountain out of a mole hill, and have killed many people in that part of the world. They even killed fellow Americans by orchestrating 911 in order to get the power to continue the war in Iraq and take over that government.
This will never end, and Bush and his people know that, and accept it will never end. That is what they want. Until Bushs all die off, and troops refuse Bush wars, even when he attacks us, the troops will always be at War.
The only peace they will reach is when everyone is dead. What a despicable revelation. I wonder how many will be cheering when Bush exits this life? I already hear the roar of gratitude.
