The Error of the "Christian Right"

I feel impelled to share what I have learned, and that is that certain misguided people on the "Christian Right," many of whom are known as "Fundamentalists" and/or "Evangelicals," do not realize that the dogma and doctrines of men that they believe in are the ones that the Christ Jesus warned us about, because they are erroneous, and they are, in effect, egocentric and imperialistic.

Those erroneous doctrines are egocentric because they lead gullible people to believe they are "holier" than all the "godless" people who do not believe as they do, because they believe that Jesus was "God Himself," and will come again in person, this time as "King of the World."

That’s part of the false doctrine of preeminence and superiority, and it’s false prophecy. It leads people to believe that Jesus is God and is on "their side" and against all others. It appeals to the ego, and is not of the Spirit.

Those erroneous doctrines are also imperialistic, because they not only led to the Dark Ages of theocratic oppression and tyranny in Europe, but they’ve led to many centuries of military imperialism, colonialism, and even genocide all over the world, all in the name of "spreading Christianity."

That’s probably why hypocritical people who claim to be Christian love to quote New Testament scripture that suits their purposes, when in other words they are saying: "If you don’t become a true believer like me, you’re going to hell!"

I’m not surprised that they would rather not consider that the Christ Jesus said: "Hypocrites will pray for the ears of men and claim to do many wonderful works in the name of the Lord, when they are an abomination in the sight of God."

I’m not surprised that they would rather not consider that Jesus warned against false prophets and hypocrites who would preach the doctrines of men and ignore the fact that Jesus said we should judge not, resist not evil (if we are tempted to judge), overcome evil with good, overcome hate with love, love even our enemy, and live not by the sword, and that he willingly sacrificed himself and was crucified to set a perfect example of a loving and forgiving martyr and pacifist.

The fact is that false, man-made doctrines that those on the Christian Right cling to are not supported by Judaic Hebrew Scriptures, not when they are taken in context and not when they are accurately understood. And they are not even supported by the words of the Christ Jesus himself.

To fulfill the prophecies of Jesus, the messenger for the Spirit of truth now glorifies the Christ Jesus for what he really was, not as an idol for worship, not as "the only begotten son of God," and not as "God Himself," but as a son of man, a Master Teacher, a sacrificial lamb of God, and the Avatar for the passing age, who said God is OUR spiritual parent.

God is the Lord of Hosts, not a host or person as such. God is the eternal, omnipresent Great Spirit, the very Supreme Consciousness, the Divine Light-Energy-Source of our existence, and the primordial "Word" that was in the beginning and is made flesh in all of us.

Christian fundamentalists, especially those on the Christian Right, have bought into the misguided theology of "Christian Apologetics," which has for centuries been concerned with the defense of man-made "Christian" doctrine that has long been and still is questioned and refuted by Jewish Rabbinical scholars and even by many truly Christian scholars, like Karen Armstrong, Reverend Marcus Borg and other members of the respected Jesus Seminar, Bishop John Shelby Spong, John Dominic Crossan, William Sloan Coffin, Robert Boston, Robert Fuller, and Michael Barkun, among many others modern religious scholars.

They know that only God is the Holy One, and only God is worthy of worship, as Jesus himself said.

As Joseph J. Adamson has pointed out in the message he delivers, in the Jewish Torah (Old Testament) Moses wrote that: "God is not a mortal, nor a man, nor a son of man" (Numbers 23:19). The prophet Isaiah wrote: "besides God there is no Savior" (Isaiah 43:10-11), and David wrote: "Do not rely on princes nor in the son of man, for he holds no salvation." (Psalms 146:3)

Christian Apologetics, the Nicene Creed and certain phrases in the "New Testament" upon which it is based, erroneously maintains that Jesus was (to paraphrase): "the only-begotten Son of God, God of God, being of one substance with the Father; who, for our salvation, came down from heaven and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit of the Virgin Mary, and was made man, and was crucified for us, and on the third day rose again and ascended into heaven, and shall come again."

Those notions are not supported by the Torah (Old Testament), nor by the actual teachings of the Christ Jesus himself. Many people throughout history have come to the same conclusion about such things, about what the birth, life, teachings and death of the Christ Jesus was really about. Many good, progressive Christians understand the truth, and many have understood it. In fact, many of the American founding fathers did.

For example, Thomas Jefferson stated that the Christian Bible contains "many passages of fine imagination, correct morality, and of the most lovely benevolence," others contain "so much ignorance, so much absurdity, so much untruth, charlatanism, and imposture, as to pronounce it impossible that such contradictions should have proceeded from the same being."

I'm an old hippie chick who was part of the Woodstock Generation and the New Left back in the 1960s and '70s. I was enamored with Stephen Gaskin, who led his group to settle on The Farm in Tennessee. For the last few years, though, I've joined a small group of others who are trying to spread the word about the work of the messenger who goes by the pen name of Joseph J. Adamson. I believe that his work, even though it has been rejected by his generation so far, will eventually be spread and help to change and save this world. I know that the rejection was prophesied, and that it will end as soon as enough people get the message. That's why I'm doing this... and besides, I love to talk progressive politics.

Fundanazis in trouble

Jesus hated block heads and phonies.  Fundanazis worship every idol or symbol that comes along from flags to crosses to TVs.  They are crooks, suckers, and lazy cowards like everyone else.  They have faith only in a commodity.

I understand

Many of us have become upset and frustrated with the right-wingers who claim to be religious. But we have to refrain from name-calling while still telling the truth about religious bigots and hypcrites. That's what they are, in truth, because they are intolerant of those who disagree with them, and their actions belie their stated beliefs.

Joseph J. Adamson has said this about that:

" ... all of this was foreseen and prophesied by many prophets. For example, the prophet and Christ Jesus accurately prophesied and predicted this awful tribulation and said it would be caused by 'wars and rumors of war,' along with the 'seven plagues' (diseases, famines, pestilence, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, and droughts) and 'many other terrible things.' And, sure enough, most of us suffer from many terrible things, some of which we cannot prevent, but much of which is caused by the failure and carelessness of political leadership in national, state and city governments."

"Jesus also foresaw and predicted that much of the trouble in the world would be caused by false prophets and religious bigots and hypocrites. In fact, Jesus specifically said these hypocrites would 'pray for the ears of men, preach the doctrines of men, and claim to do many wonderful works in the name of the Lord,' when they actually 'work iniquity' and are 'an abomination' in the sight of God. In other words, even though they claim they are right, they are really terribly wrong, arrogant and divisive, and they alienate and lead their blind flocks astray."

"Jesus was perfectly and absolutely correct about that. That is exactly what has happened, particularly during the last 27 years, and increasingly in the last six years. Hypocrites who claim to be Christians or Jews or Muslims have been praying for the ears of men, preaching the doctrines of men, and claiming to do many great works in the name of God/Allah, when they have actually been doing wrong, dividing and alienating their blind flocks, and leading them far astray, even into violence and war."

"I must say, however, that there are many who would qualify as 'false prophets' who have actually been and are teaching many universal truths. Many well-meaning and divinely inspired people have realized many things, but have mistakenly assumed they are 'the one' God has called and chosen to deliver the prophesied message. And that’s part of what Jesus predicted would happen, and that is why so many people are going here and there, willy nilly following many different ideologies and spiritual teachings. Many contain much truth and even have significant value, but those who deliver it are not who they claim they are. That’s the difference."

"Furthermore, the Christ Jesus, like other true prophets, also accurately predicted that all the terrible things would be occurring prior to the divine intervention and judgment from the Spirit of truth which would come at the end of the age. That is why we should understand that since the end of that age is drawing ever nearer, the divine intervention could occur at any time now. It's not possible to say exactly when, but it could occur even before the end of the violent, carnal, lethal wars that are plaguing us and worsening the terrible tribulation most of us suffer from. For when this message from the Spirit of truth is finally accepted and widely spread, it will expose all the false prophets and the harmful and bad leadership that divides us. It will intervene, and in due time it will stop the conflict and violence, and save the world."

The Word of God!

The title Christ/Messiah means literally covered in oil, "Anointed." So therefore if Jesus came in the flesh, and he did, then he had to be anointed with the very oil that God instructed Moses to make in Exodus 30:22-24. This oil according to the Greek translation of the Bible contains cassia, cinnamon, myrrh, and calamus mixed together with olive oil. All of these seem harmless enough except calamus. Calamus was used then, as well as today as an aphrodisiac and stimulant. It's active chemical asarone is believed to be the precurser for modern amphetamines.

However, if we go back to the original Hebrew of the Old Testament we find that the word calamus is derived from the Hebrew word "kaneh bosm." Soon after the Greeks translated the Books in the 3rd century B.C. Hebrew ceased to be a spoken language and was not revived again until the mid to late 1800's, so all translations of the Bible were propagated from the original Greek without review. In 1936 a Polish Anthropologist named Sula Benet concluded through substantial research and etymological comparison that the proper translation for "kaneh bosm" should be cannabis. In 1980 the Hebrew Institute of Jerusalem confirmed her claim that indeed "kaneh bosm" is cannabis.

The error was made in Exodus 30:23, Song of Songs 4:14, Isaiah 43:24, Jeremiah 6:20, and Ezekiel 27:19 where the word "kaneh bosm" is rendered as calamus. There are 141 references to anointing and 145 for burning incense in the standard Bible. Kaneh is listed as an incense tree in Song of Songs. It was also a requirement for the dead to be buried in kaneh shirts, linens were made from kaneh fiber. The Biblical "Canon" is derived from the word kaneh. The hemp plant or any plant for that matter was not illegal in those day's and was used for food, fuel, shelter, medicine, pleasure, and spirituality. It was freeing the Holy Oil that created the problems.

This revelation along with the discovery of the Gnostic Gospels at Nag Hammadi Egypt in 1945 make it clear that in order to be called worthy of the title "Christian" one has to be anointed with the very Chrism as described in Exodus. The water baptism alone is incomplete and any other oil is counterfeit. Jesus came to free the Holy Oil, to make Anointed Priests of all men, and therefore he baptised with "Fire and the Holy Spirit" (1Sam. 16:13). That's the problem in the world today. We preach Jesus but don't know the Christ! (1John 2:18-29).  John's incomplete baptism with water is mentioned in Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, and several places in Acts. There are many hidden references to the Anointing throughout the New Testament.

This Anointing is also called the Holy Spirit, the Counselor, the Seal, the Fire, the Light, the Crown, and the Unction in the Bible and other texts. The Gospel of Philip states that, "There is water in water, there is fire in Chrism." And again it say's, "The Chrism is superior to baptism for it is from the word Chrism that we are called Christians, certainly not from the word baptism." The actual Anointing ritual is described throughout the Gnostic Acts of Thomas where many cups of oil are poured, however the entire process is simply called the baptism.

Anything made from oil, coal, timber, or cotton can be made ecologically friendly with cannabis hemp. All paper, plastics, packaging, textiles, fuels, lubricants, plywood, structural components, insulations, livestock feed, many cosmetics, health foods, and medicines, over 25,000 known products can be made with hemp. That's why it became illegal. It never had anything to do with it's physical effects. That was just a smoke screen used by the Hearst and Dupont Corporations to demonioze the plant in peoples minds to eliminate the competition. Hemp industrialization would have destroyed their empires. The same lies continue today!

In Europe and Canada cannabis has been proven to destroy cancer, prevent Alzheimers, and promote the growth of brain cells. In fact is is being used to treat Alzheimers, MS, autism, epilepsy, chronic pain, nausea, depression, diabetes, migraine, arthritis, cystic fibrosis, glaucoma, herpes, skin disorders, alcoholism, drug addiction, emphysema, asthma, Parkinsons, Huntingtons, Tourettes, Crohns disease, and more. But here in the land of the free our FDA refuses to allow testing and our media censors the truth regarding it's many benefits.

Canvas is Dutch for cannabis, it's fiber is the longest and strongest in nature, it's seed is the single most nutritious thing you can eat, and all mammals, birds, fish, and reptiles have cannabinoid receptors throughout their body that work independent of those that govern the heart and breathing. This is why from the very beginning of man's relationship with this plant it has not killed one of us! Not one person!!! Every year alcohol and tobacco kill a million people and yet we continue to demonize the one plant thats healthy for us, the only resource that can save our planet both physically and spiritually.

Currently China is growing 40% of the worlds hemp crop and they are developing new technology for fuels, textiles, paper, and plastics that will keep the United States at a economic and strategic deficit for years to come. As if we aren't already in a hole!

That satan is one tricky demon, Huh?  God's Holy Oil is illegal and even when you tell people the Truth they won't believe you and will actually refuse to read!  They have eyes but cannot see, Ears but can't hear, and hearts so hardened they don't understand. I have had people actually say that living with cancer would be better than being treated with cannabis. How sad!!! It thats not a curse I don't know what is!

Interesting. And Adamson would agree.

In his memoirs, his fifth boook, he cites the following quotes:

"I will raise up for them a Plant of Renown, and they shall no more be consumed with hunger (for truth) in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more. Thus shall they know that I the Lord their God am with them, and that they are my people." (Ezekiel 34:29-30)

"You shall have a song"... "and gladness of heart, as when on goes with a pipe to come into the mountain of the Lord." (Isaiah 30:29)

"And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power..." (Revelation 15:8)

He also quoted them in his second book, which has a whole chapter exposing The War on Marijuana as the deceptive and misguided prohibitionist foolishness that it is.

As the great spiritual teacher Stephen Gaskin has taught since the 1960s, the great herb and Plant of Renown is a holy sacrament.

Re: the "Anointing"

I forgot to add that Adamson explains the spiritual anointing is also about the "baptism" in the "fire" (Divine Light) of the Holy Spirit.

He refers to it on his home page, where he states:

" ... most people cannot see the Divine Light because their 'eye' is not 'single,' as Jesus said it must be to see the divine reality that is within and at hand. But the Divine Light is actually manifested in and around those who are really spiritually reborn and enlightened, because God has given them the gift of divine revelation and they've seen beyond the illusion of duality and fully realized they are One with God and One with all humanity."

"All truly enlightened, fully self-realized people have been given that gift, and you may receive it too. But you should know that it comes only from God when you least expect it. No amount of effort, no amount of austerity, no amount of sacrifice, no amount of discipline, no amount of study, no amount of devotion, no amount of begging to God, and no amount of intellectual reasoning can achieve it. It comes as a gift only when you "lose yourself" in some aspect of the Divine and transcend your separate-self ego, as if by fortuitous accident. That brings actual epiphany and discovery of a profound divine truth, which triggers a series of divine revelations that ultimately lead to full realization that God is the eternal, omnipresent Great Spirit, Supreme Consciousness, and Divine Light that is within, above and around us all."

"I can tell you truly that when the 'seven seals' of revelation and the seven 'chakras' are opened, one is carried away in spirit to that high and holy place where God inhabits eternity. There one witnesses and realizes what God truly is, and the Book of Life is opened to you. One fully realizes that we are all in fact One in Spirit and thus becomes truly reborn of the spirit. But it does not mean you are then 'holy.' It means you've come to know what God is, and for a moment that seems like eternity you've experienced God's overwhelmingly ecstatic love, peace and understanding, and known true cosmic consciousness. But, then you have to learn how to recognize and accept guidance from the Holy Spirit of God, and let it guide you on your path of return to God."
