To: the President of the United States and members of Congress and Members of the Federal Courts.
From;Robert N. Smith (U.S.N. Ret.) and such other people who might wish to join in my expression of disgust.
Subject: A long time ago I took an oath to defend the Constitution of The United States from all enemies foreign and domestic. I took that oath serious. I understand that even the President of the United States is sworn to uphold the Constitution. However it seems that you Mr. President as well as most of our Congressional members have found the Constitution no longer serves us. You who pay lip service to the Constitution and the law of the land are in for a big shock. Money seems to be your god. However money can't buy you immunity from a charge of treason, nor from war crimes and crimes against humanity.
If the Constitution is no longer the supreme law of the land, then why haven't we reverted to the articles of confederation? Under that, there is no POTUS, nor a House. Just a Congress made up of members representing the independent nations such as VA/ NC/ PA/ ME / WA and so forth. Perhaps we should revert to that, it would make controlling and limiting government much easier for we the people. If it is then I demand my voice be heard, and that either you submit to the limitations of the Constitution. If not then I demand that every member of the military/ FBI/Marshals Service/ DEA/ and other police agents who have sworn to defend the Constitution take you into custody and charge you with treason. I demand that those people who are charged with bringing you to justice for your treason perform their duties. This includes in the case of the President and Vice President, the members of Congress perform their sworn duties, to include impeachment. Also while these officials are awaiting the outcome of the impeachment process, that Congress appoints temporary officials to perform their duties, as they are not capable of doing so.I also demand that the laws allowing PAC monies from corporations be overturned and no monies from any lobby be allowed to be given to any member of Congress for any reason.
I also charge the Federal Reserve with treason. It is not a public owned part of the Federal Government, so it has no right to coin money. That is reserved to Congress under the Constitution. It is time to take back the IOU's printed in our name by The Federal Reserve, as well as all the assets of said corporation, and put them under direct control of the United States of America . Failure to do so is also an act of treason.
I also call for a two term limit for members of the Senate and three term limit for members of the house. This is to prevent the present situation from recurring, where power and money become the be-all and end-all of elected representation.ANYONE WHO WANTS TO COPY OR USE THIS DOCUMENT MAY.I JUST WROTE IT, I DID NOT ORIGINATE THE IDEAS CONTAINED IN IT.
