Mr. Pushkar pursued his Research Master Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Germany under DAAD fellowship program. In addition, he has achieved also an internationally honoured Master Degree in Public Administration from TU, Nepal. Further, he has more than a decade long academic and professional works expertises on research and management issues of insurgency, conflict, terrorism, security affairs, administrative reform, governance, service delivery, political analyses, democratization and more.He often writes scholarly and semi-scholarly articles on various crosscutting issues especially with relevance to developing countries.
