In the past decade, many published works have surfaced reporting that a disclosure process by the US government is in the works regarding the existence of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) and extraterrestrials (ETs). Many articles state that the public must be conditioned to slowly accept this reality. Some even say without the right amount of conditioning, the public would commit mass suicide or civilization would collapse. That fear appears overstated, but it does seem practical that Americans should be informed of the facts in a deliberate and intentional way. Last week another such story surfaced when UFO Digest published Dr. Salla’s article, Source Reveals Secret UFO Meeting at U.N. Salla follows the same story line stating “that a date of 2013 was given as the time for official disclosure and/or when extraterrestrials show up in an unambiguous way. In the interim there will be acclimation related releases of information.” The distinguished author and journalist Dr. Salla was no doubt reporting accurately and ethically. 
Nonetheless, the slow disclosure scenario sounds dubious to many and downright misleading to others. Able commentator, Ed Komarek, recently stated that “the real reason for the program is to delay the inevitable disclosure as long as possible, so as to continue to strengthen special interest control over global populations.”
Mr. Komarek may very well be correct, but there is more to the story. Many Americans don’t know the truth about UFOs and a disclosure process is needed.
The odds are that some disclosure stories are reported in error, some stories are misinformation and part of a psychological operation (PSYOP), and some are accurate and true.
It is important to note, that in many situations there are multiple layers of the truth. For example, on some level there may be a disclosure plan in the works right now. On another level some within the disclosure initiative may be planning to delay it or shut it down. This could explain some of the stories and why disclosure has not been completed.
The facts are that events are occurring all around us that could be part of a disclosure project. If our government was involved in disclosure what would the plan look like?
Would it include the use of television (TV) programming? TV programs are perhaps the most widely used means of mass communication today. If the government had a program it would certainly include the use of TV.
A rational approach might be to use educational or reality based programming.
Take the recent premiere of two reality based shows with the same UFO Hunters name, with the same subject matter, one on the History Channel and the other on the Sci Fi Channel, both on the same night of the week and in the same time period. Wow, does that sound like someone wants you to watch a show about UFOs.
Of course it is most likely a coincidence and not part of a disclosure. It does exemplify an important point, we just don’t know.The government may not be involved in a disclosure project at all.
As outlandish as it sounds, a few believe that ETs are working their own disclosure process.
Why do so many people see UFOs? What was going on with the recent Stephenville UFO sighting where fifty or more people saw UFOs in a small Texas town? Did ETs show themselves on purpose? In a recent interview the bestselling author and commentator Whitley Strieber alluded to the possibility that the ETs were communicating to us through our own mass media.
Did he mean that ETs were influencing us directly through some type of unknown manipulation or just by their appearance in our skies? He says he had direct experience with ETs and is extremely credible. Does that mean they influenced his writing and subsequent movies based on it? They might have used him in their disclosure program, but again it is impossible to know for sure.

Shooting Down. . .
. . . . satellites on our part has to make those traveling those highways feel more urgency about letting us know we're violating the universe's commons. As for Strieber, invaluable, yes. What happens when the truth is finally revealed? Do all the liars in the crowd get outed? Do the military officers, liars all and their civilian counterparts get what they deserve for the lies they have told for the last 50 years? Who pays for keeping the public in the dark for all that time and what about all the threats made to individuals and the reputations ruined by lying government officials? The high level powers are as real as real can get. Our nuclear war fighitng elite are also unforntunately, as real as real can get. This is why the ET phenomenon is still classified “Above top secret.” Karl Liebknecht-before he was shot to death- explained it all with a brief statement, which is: “The true function of war is to subordinate the mass of the domestic population to exploitation at the hands of the dominant class.” All the wars of America were not necessary, rather it was the central bankers making a few bucks on the dead corpses of the simple people of the land. Before World War 1 began, Howard Coffin-an apt name-Vice President of the Hudson Manufacturing company said of the upcoming war that; “It was the greatest business proposition since time began.” This is an example of the type of mind set that we still are dealing with in this the modern age. When the nuclear age appeared it was soon understood that to fight a major nuclear war would lead to the immolation of the mass of the human population. Once this was clearly understood by the members of the “Supreme Command,” the decision was made to go ahead and destroy the mass of humanity. Hence, the High level powers have intervened and spared us from an all out nuclear holocaust. We are the “Living Dead.” The “ET” speak to humanity some times in a “Echo” type of communication; that is, they can read your Mind and reflect what your thoughts are. This is why population and the Gods of different nations may have been discussed at the recent UN meeting concerning the presence of ET. They may have been ‘reflecting’ what was on or in the delegates Minds. One of the top scientists of his time-Sir Fred Hoyle- said in 1975 that he thought that ; “We are somebody’s property.” Sir Fred understood that the ET have taken the “Keys” to the nuclear war machine away from our nuclear war fighting elite. We may be more than property, we may actually be genetically related to these high level powers. These Beings may be our “Kin,” in a curiously created sort of way. Lloydpye.com has the details of how we were genetically engineered from a 48 chromosome creature into a 46 chromosome being with the addition of 223 genes to produce a high level thinker. This all happened a few hundred thousand years ago. As we engineer crops with advanced qualities, the Beings engineered us and bypassed about 3 million years of ordinary evolution. This of course is speculation, and subject to the real truth once we enter into existence with the high level powers. Humanity may be on the edge of entering into the most exciting adventure of all of our history, We may be slated to become junior partners in the exploration of space, traveling with and guided by these same high level powers.
