CNN's Tony Harris is the happiest host delivering the news I've ever seen. Even if the report is horrendous, as most are under our increasing Orwellian 'leadership,' well, he's just happy to be the one letting you know about it; yeaaa! ("War is Peace"), yeaaa!
There's nothing wrong with 'happy,' not a thing, except how inappropriate is a voice filled with gaiety when reporting the latest deadly attack against, as most are, innocent civilians. You know, what is wrong with THAT picture?
Boy, oh boy, oh boy ... Tony's not the only
offender. How screwed-up must we be when heartrending serious news is interweaved with entertainment? Pretty screwed up.
Can we expect more of the same in all sectors of government and business, (i.e., corporate Amerika,) as long as we're willing to accept the status quo? Uh,
yeah ...
It really is up to us to create change. We have more power than we think. I know its been said many times, but when the bully(s) realize the gig is up, we're not going to take it anymore, bullies melt away, never to be seen again, just like the wicked witch in OZ.
We need to gang-up on Congress, our own local representatives, and not relent until they actually do their job! Let them know they better look for another if they don't heed our admonitions to uphold the Constitution, because they are the ONLY ONES who can effect change. Our Capital Gang members' fear of payback needs to sway back to the people away from our corporate thugs in the White House, now.
