RE: Mold If I had only known Stan, Thank you so much for replying to my story. What I think is definately needed here it in my opinio, that the landlords take the responsibility to remediate the entire bulding. The builing is 9 floors high, and with the extent of the problem not only being in my apartment's HVAC system, but the molds are in the entire building. There had been complaints for tenants in this two bulding complex with the ill effects that these molds have caused us. The medical documentation given to the landlords, they should have immediately acted upon the first complaint years ago. Proper maintenance and repair would of probably helped these buildings from what they are today. I believe when you have landlords knowing that there are toxic molds in the buildings, they should have handled the issue differently instead of more people becoming ill like myself from these toxins. I thank you for offering your services, but like I had stated, and in my opinion I think it is too late for this two building complex that houses disabled and elderly. They should not keep renting these apartments to all ready immune comprised people, with the extent of mold that is here. This is very wrong. But we can't fight city hall, so to say. It has been a long road, and I am sure it will be that much longer. With my prognosiss being poorly due to the molds, I just hope I can make an impact on other victim's before this mold takes me to the end of my life, as we all know you can die from toxic molds. People need to be more educated on this, and if my life's story or my articles that I have written saves one life, then I will have succeeded in helping somone. by
