The Iraqi government tries to give the impression that normality is returning. Iraqi journalists are told not to mention the continuing violence. And today, Vice President Cheney's former chief of staff, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby, was disbarred by a District of Columbia court which ruled that his convictions last year for perjury and obstructing justice in a White House leak investigation disqualify him from practicing law ~ and do remember that Libby reported directly to Dick Cheney.
