No, this isn't about New Hampshire. Although the press can not or will not
consider the possibility of election fraud in America, they readily
attribute suspicious foreign results to fraud. See Foreign Policy magazine's
summary of different ways in which "autocratic regimes have become adept at
manipulating 'free and fair elections' to stay in power."

Bev Harris has been doing terrific work exposing the breach in
chain-of-custody in NH. When the controversy over the count in the 2004
presidential was peaking, the NH "recount" reassured America that, yes, the
count was correct, despite secret counts and all other massive evidence of
fraud to the contrary. Here we see just how the flimsy that reassurance was.
