The Kill Off: Depopulating America – Is Los Angeles first?

Question:

Has the Bush Administration made plans to kill of a portion of the present population of the United States for a reason that serves their ends?

If so, what are those ends and who is targeted for death? Might one target be you?

The subject seems to take us into a world that is more science fiction than reality but given the many things Bush Co. has done that make no sense unless you let the actions speak their truth through time it is probably a good idea to take all ideas seriously, at least until we check them out.

The means for accomplishing this eugenics project is, according to Janet Phelan, journalist and researcher, the water system. The Department of Water and Power in Los Angeles takes on a sinister character when you read the story written by Ms. Phelan. But it is a story you need to know.

Ask yourself. Are you an enemy of the United States? You might be surprised by what appears in the Patriot Act. Below is part of the story, written by Ms. Phelan. You need to know. Hear Ms. Phelan on The Water Conspiracies this Friday at 4pm Pacific time at BBSRadio.com on The Spiritual Politician

From Ms. Phelan's Article

Nearly three years have passed since the publication of “Public Extermination Project.” (http://la.indymedia.org/news/2004/08/115676.php) New information has surfaced supporting these claims. In addition, this reporter has determined some errors in the initial report, which mandate correcting.

A careful reading of Section 817 of the Patriot Act, “The Expansion of the Biological Weapons Statute,” reveals this to be the umbrella statute which is authorizing this project. While the wording of this statute is somewhat opaque, a diligent scrutiny of the language reveals its true intent.

Firstly, this statute is legalizing “delivery systems” and “toxins” under certain circumstances. “Delivery systems” is weapons terminology. “Toxins” are poisons. The statute details when these delivery systems and toxins will and will not be legal.

Poisons, as we all know, are meant to terminate, not enhance, life. There is no mention in 817 of these poisons being utilized as any sort of legally sanctioned punishment for a crime, such as lethal injection. Rather, the statute states that these SHALL be legal when used for purposes determined as “peaceful, protective, prophylactic or bona fide research.”
''(2) The term 'restricted person' means an individual who--
''(A) is under indictment for a crime punishable by
imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year;
''(B) has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding 1 year;
''(C) is a fugitive from justice;
''(D) is an unlawful user of any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled
Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802));
''(E) is an alien illegally or unlawfully in the United States;
''(F) has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution;
''(G) is an alien (other than an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence) who is a national of a
country as to which the Secretary of State, pursuant to section 6(j) of the Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C. App. 2405(j)), section 620A of chapter 1 of part M of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2371), or section 40(d) of chapter 3 of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2780(d)), has made a determination (that remains in effect) that such country has repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism; or
''(H) has been discharged from the Armed Services of
the United States under dishonorable conditions.

Nowhere is there any mention of exclusive military dominion over these delivery systems and toxins. We therefore infer that this is NOT authorizing the use of poisons in warfare against an enemy of the United States of America.”

Is there anything that is too much for Bush Co.? His greed is only limited by his imagination. Now that is a scary thought. Join us this Friday.

legalized genocide in america--again

i find Melinda Pillsbury-Foster's article very important.  it has been apparent to me for some time now that this country is looking to get rid of its 'excess' population.  it has been doing this abroad, not only with genocidal wars, but by he exportation of HIV via vaccines, toxic food and anti-human policies as a tradeoff for military and financial support to poorer nations.

 in this country, with the exportation of manufacturing jobs as well as jobs in other industries,  amerika has more people than the controlling institutions want to see supported in a meaningful manner.    big pharma needs people to increase their rates of profit and so people who can afford their toxic drugs have specific purpose.  the police-prison system supports the large construction corporations and provides jobs for those who are still deemed useful.  there is not much other investment in economic development for the average joe & jane public.

 bill clinton supported the idea that small businesses would be the answer for our survival and monies were put into the SBA to offer assistance to people who would be hiring small numbers of people.  of course these small businesses would not be able to afford the salaries of high paying union jobs in the auto industry, for example.  nor would they pay for health care or paid vacations.  it was the avenue for pushing people down the socio-economic ladder.

 bush & co are just being more aggressive and bold about it.  their level of facism has stripped the mask almost completely.  this piece of legislation, while horrifying, is not surprising.  what is most significant, is the apathy and disbelief of the public that they are viewed in such a mechanistic and objectified way.  and the fact that we have a few legislators who may disagree with some of the policies being enacted is no cause for comfort.  it seems they do not really believe these dracionian measures  will pertain to themselves.  so much for their blind elitism!
